My advice is to take the extra time and use it to get away from the concepts.  The worst thing is to take the extra time and use it to double-down on the concepts.  That will just put you more into the Philosopher's mentality.  I went through this myself in my 30's, so I know how this plays out.

 I think his videos where already of high quality, but yes, it seems like the longer he takes to come out with his videos, the more i get immersed in them, this is probably due to the fact that there's a substantial increase in the amount detail.

Well, the latest did come out and you can see: 3.5 hours long.  I think that's the longest one yet.

i tend to prefer long videos :

short video = i watch it, forget it & move on to the next thing

long video = i have to do breaks, listen to it on severals days, this let time to contemplate

I think its super beneficial to go back and listen to them multiple times too - so you guys should never not have content available, there is always something new to glean even from an episode you already listened to.

 For those of you who already had an awakening and it has become memory due to ego backlash listening to the content multiple times will keep deepen your enlightenment and shorten your time between mystical experiences.

 

You also have to make sure you are doing the consciousness work as well!

When I watch Leo's videos I pay more attention to Leo's changes than to the contents in the videos.  What interests me is personal development, so it's Leo's own personal development that I am looking for in his videos.
