@Aakash I don’t really know if its non duality actually,

the thing is that, the realization that there is no past nor future suddenly came and everything around me bacame vivrant and “beautiful”, my mind problems melted away and haven’t returned. I don’t know how much this will last, but there is a smile on my face.

I dont know how to articulate it, it is really much more than what I wrote above.

I feel like this is a glimpse of the tail, but its quite long.

Also a feeling of certainty that the world is empty of problems and everything just is.

But its not that I think about it, its how it feels honestly.
