Embrace challenges.

I think this can be a good mindset to have. There is a lot of areas in life that is a challenge.

For example if you have social anxiety it’s a challenge to be with people you aren’t familiar with but that may also be the cure for the social anxiety.

Same with getting good at a craft you don’t get good by doing the same stuff over and over again when it’s easy you need something outside your comfort zone that’s a challenge.

You may also have problems talking to the opposite sex that’s a challenge too but by facing that challenge over and over again you gain confidence in that area.

It’s normal for most people to give up when they face a challenge but it may be a good idea to change that as there is greater rewards from taking the challenge.

“if it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t chance you”

“We don’t grow when things are easy. We grow when we face challenges”

(I am afraid I don’t know who said it).
