Journey to be Successful

I am in my 20's and I decided that I will start taking small steps towards my goals, I have decided to update this journal consistently.

Goals for three months:-

1. Getting admission in NIT

2. Daily 20 minutes meditation

3. Daily 20 minutes running and exercise.

4. 1 hour for data structure and algorithms

5. 1 hour for Data Science.

6. 1 hour Book Reading.

1.  I haven't read about Data Science.

I need to improve certain things:-

1.  I have to increase my duration so that I can study more and use Pomodoro Technique.

2. I need to control my thoughts while meditation as I get distracted easily.

3. I need to be aware towards my goal throughout the day.

CAN SOMEBODY REFER ME SOME GOOD BOOK, WHICH WILL HELP ME WHILE ACHIEVING THIS GOAL?

Due to my exam, I wasn't able to give time to my reading and data science, but now I am free and I will again start pursuing my journey to be successful again.
