@Arhattobe How does that damage look like, i.e. what effects is it supposed to have on a practicioner?

@Girzo The damage can be in various places, chakras and have various different types of Affects.

For me for example my kundalini didn’t flow naturally in some spots for example. The flow was very unnatural. I leaked energy out the top of my crown chakra. Extreme rapid heart rate, heart palpitations and anxiety on a regular basis. Extreme vertigo like experiences, and others. Most of my damage was around the heart and brain chakric areas.

A now friend of mine damaged his subtle bodies defence system along with his lower chakras so he started interacting with and seeing the subtle world in great detail. The problem was that because of his damaged system the energies he interacted with wreaked havoc on his system. Made him extremely “inhuman” emotionally, unstable and just affected by everything.

This dude could only eat broccoli for a long time, and interacting with messed up people really messed him up. Because he would recieve and take in their output so to speak. Output you don’t want to let in, and if you do you want to go through u.

Other just become extremely delusional and almost unconscious. Mistaking it for enlightenment. They might think they are super enlightened lol. I’ve met a few like that too.

Bad system damage normally occurs when you do strong psychedelics within a short time span. Never do that.

If you suspect you have system damage. Eat healthy, stay away from mind altering substances, meditate, maybe fast and eat extremely healthy, and most importantly give it time.

You can also pm me if you think you might have system damage

For 2 months or so, I've been tripping acid weekly. The doses so far have been between 115uq-345uq. Every time I trip and meditate I feel like I "break through". The whole universe makes perfect sense and it's so simple. However, when I come off the trip I lose the insights. I'm always hoping that perhaps this time something sticks but it never does. My trips are basically spiritual entertainment for me now. Id like to bring something back. Any suggestions anyone? I usually trip in my bed with eyes closed. After the peak, I usually start getting too uncomfortable and start moving around and the profound part of tripping is over. I trip in the evenings so no one would contact me. Is there a difference if you trip when you've stayed up like 12 hours already or when you've just woken up?

I'm 22 and I go to college. I hate it but I hate working even more. I'm also an internet addict, a porn addict, I eat like trash, drink too much and I'm pretty lethargic. Last 2 weeks however I've started hitting the gym, cleaned out my diet and I'm drinking less. Send help pls!

Push very hard your belly in, exhaling the breath, into your bottox. And the voicebox into your bellybutton as a focus after breath. And relax all the muscles.

The problem is, you don't actually know if any of that is true, just because it feels that way, 'I leak energy', doesn't mean that's actually what's going, though if you start believing that, you might create that effect, the opposite of placebo, negative expectations: nocebo

(and in truth, no energy really ever goes anywhere, as it's all created from nothing right now).

Oke, delusional people, ye, that can happen, like you were, in my own experience from back in the days, it was for me having to do with wanting to be special, or wanting to experience 'special things', still not created by something beyond my mind.

- So that's the gist of it I think, you may experience all sorts of wacky shit,

and you can go into panic mode, think 'you have messed up' and are a victim.

Or you don't get carried away by assumptions.

Experiencing the psychic realities of others, yeah that is also real I think, though if you

@AlwaysBeNice I had physical symptoms. So do most people. Some were “spiritual”.

The energetic realms of experience and their realness is acknowledged by almost any proper teacher I’ve ever met. Sat shree, Ramaji, Craig Holliday, sadhguru.

System and nadi damage as well. Yet here you are. “It’s all beliefs.”

Existence itself is within mind. Saying something is within mind doesn’t negate its reality. Your body is in mind. Try getting shot and living on.

The same rules that apply to the physical realm and the consistency of the physical reality, applies to energetic realms you can not perceive.

I and many others I know, teachers I have met and studied under see and perceive these realms. They are a reality, and they affect you with or without your acknowledgment of them.

Oke, delusional people, ye, that can happen, like you were, and we all can be to some degree, that's why 'not knowing' is highly talked about in legit spiritual info, in my own experience from back in the days from being delusional after psy's, it was for me having to do with wanting to be special, or wanting to experience 'special things', but it was still created by my own choice/mind.

Experiencing the psychic realities of others, yeah that is also real in some cases, I think that mostly happens only when you actively put your attention into or onto them, but if that happens that's something that you can just let it flow through you and just watch and don't be attached, you'll be fine, but again, you have to be honest if you're not making shit up to hide your own anxiety and act like you are being given it, and are bound to it.

- So that's the gist of it I think, you may experience strange things and you can go into panic mode, think 'you have messed up' and are a victim of the imagination of a 'thought body', or you just remain calm, Trust God, don't make assumptions and be honest with yourself.

-

If notice yourself to be involved in psychic phenomena, then I would just recommend you learn to know God because of it, because the collective 'higher' light that is called that, or is Godly to us, is surely there to help us and that should solve all this 'energy' problems just through honest prayer.

I think you can actually notice that people that experience this energetic stuff negatively tend to be people who don't want so much to do with God or self-realization/surrender so much, but are more interested in being a 'cool shaman warrior' or a 'mystical healer' or something like that.

If i were you i'd be more interested in going to class than dropping acid on a weekly basis. It's honestly waste of good chemicals with all the tolerance you'd be building. As long as you are chasing enlightenment as an event in future (read time) that is supposed to dawn on you, you are going to miss it. Enlightenment does not require even a single nanogram of psychedelics. I'd say the first step for you should be basic thought-witnessing, followed by emotion/body witnessing.

I've done LSD myself. Quite a bit actually, and also when I was 22. Yesterday I went to a dentist to pull out a tooth. I'd say that experience was more enlightened than anything i'd seen while tripping. Why? Because it displayed how awareness cannot suffer even when the body is in pain. Rarely anyone is going to have enough mental fortitude to remain mindful while tripping.

Every experience, including psychedelic experiences will change you even if you are not aware of the change.
