Anti fear & worry technique

Whenever I feel fear or worry I don't look at it. I notice the more I look at it the stronger it gets. Or as they say what you focus on grows. I've done this many times successfully. Ignoring fear causes the fear to dissapear & die. It took me about two years to get good at doing this. It's like a mental muscle.

Fear dissipates by allowing it to be there, not by suppressing it. When working with fear you need to feel it without getting lost in thought content. Indulging in the thoughts is what gives fear its power.

Analyze it a little though, don't suppress it by ignoring it. Get to the source of it and resolve it so it doesn't linger.
