No that's ok most of the time, but at night I often cry or have existential fear, because like I said I never know if I'm gonna be traumatized or not ?

Just so you guys don't worry too much, the panick attacks are not «real» panick atta cks.

It does not last for more than 2 secs each, nothing like what friend told me when she had them (can last for hours).
