Spiritual communities with enlightened Masters in Europe?

I am searching for spiritual communities in Europe where there is an enlightened master. Communities in which I can live in.

I think Rupert Spira lives in Europe but I don't he has any type of commune or anything but definitely lots of good meetings and retreats. I think he lives in Oxford UK and probably goes all over Europe.
