Warm feeling in solar plexus??

During my 1h meditation last night a very, very warm sensation appeared in my solar plexus. First kind of pulled me back and then forward. Ecstatic. It happened again later when I did my holo breath. Have you had similar experiences and do you have suggestions to what's happening?

Energy stuff. Generally our body is pretty smart and you don't need to do much to it

That is wonderful. The warm feeling in your solar plexus is your body telling you that it is healing, and rebalancing. It's just like when people get headaches when the third eye is awakening, or a dry voice when the throat chakra is opening.

My advice is to keep focusing on your practice, and not the warm feelings etc. When it arises just return to your practice, even if you see God
