Where do they come from and why?

Subconscious Conditioning. They are more prominent in stronger ego-oriented individuals where there is lack of connection with the true self/higher self.

Interesting. They seem like they feel more special, superior, less common (I think I am not judging, just my observation)...as if they look down on other people who are 'vanilla' as they call it...

But that could be only my impression
