Spiral Dynamics Stage Yellow Examples Mega-Thread

I saw a variation of this presentation at work. It’s a bit jargon heavy, but basically, a new strategy for cybersecurity is to develop tactics based on generating different models of hackers based on the behavior of previous cyber attacks. Does this hacker behave more like, for example, a lone wolf like Edward Snowden or a hacktivist group similar to Anonymous? Then adjust your tactics accordingly. The presenters are two PhDs from Lockheed Martin, and this strategy is a very cool example of yellow thinking. (I felt a bit cheeky during the work presentation and asked, what if the attacker doesn’t act like the model? ? They gave a very yellow answer: Improve the model.)

Lol, funnily enough this is an example of no relativity, because the word really is used to describe Asian people.

Just add "there's no correlation between IQ and climbing hierarchies" and "160 IQ people who work very hard also fail" and there you go.
