I don't know if he is in yellow,  but I was very surprised by the  way that Bo Burnham analyzed this issue of political correctness. With different layers and different perspectives

I feel like simon sinek is very yellow, the way he analyzes stuff and presents it.

in this point of the video he explains why people get angry at CEO's, he seems pretty neutral about it and he gets to the root.

Hey, ya'll, I need your help!

I want to create a comprehensive list of video examples of prototypical stage Yellow thinking.

This is not meant to humiliate or demonize stage Yellow. It's meant to be an educational tool for people learning about Spiral Dynamics.

So towards that end, scour Youtube and find all the videos you can which exhibit stage Yellow thinking. Try to find videos which are short and sweet. The more diversity we can display here, the better. Try to find examples from various cultures: Europe, Middle East, Asia, Indonesia, Japan, Russia, Africa, South America, etc.

We will create a mega-thread like this for every stage in the Spiral, from Red to Turquoise. But here, let's just focus on Yellow. Each week I will start a new mega-thread topic for the next stage.

Do not start a political debate in this thread! It is not our goal here to defend our personal political positions or to judge any stage, but simply to compile examples.

Thanks for your help! I'm excited to see what kind of juicy stuff you dig up. Try to be selective with your choices.

This can turn into a really cool list.

it is about 1% of population in this society that possess some tier 2 thinking, but to be considered fully tier 2 there are not many.

@Sea well yellow is hard to find. The fame and popularity of a person is partially determined by the degree to which they resonate with a large number of people. For instance, if you're at yellow but everyone else is at orange, you're going to find it harder to resonate with people then an orange person trying to resonate with other orange people.

I'm not sure if this is just an assumption of mine, but I hold the belief that the wisest people in any situation are more likely to just be quiet and carefully observe. The smartest people I've met have always been the most quiet and humble. After all, excessively talking and debating with other people often doesn't lead anywhere, and so it is perhaps that wise people just avoid doing so. And so it will be hard to find examples of wisdom being explicitly exhibited.

Hark ye yet again — the little lower layer. All visible objects, man, are but as pasteboard masks. But in each event — in the living act, the undoubted deed — there, some unknown but still reasoning thing puts forth the mouldings of its features from behind the unreasoning mask. If man will strike, strike through the mask! How can the prisoner reach outside except by thrusting through the wall? To me, the white whale is that wall, shoved near to me. Sometimes I think there's naught beyond. But 'tis enough.

@lmfao Higher stages can normally interact with lower stages, even if they don't completely resonate with them. But if they start to try convert lower stages to tier 2 thinking, they will resist. Tier 2 has to kinda lower themselves when being around tier 1 stages, otherwise they start to see them as not part of their group.

It will be much harder to find examples of Yellow than Blue, Orange, Green. Especially short stereotypical snippets. Yellow doesn't lend itself to easy ridicule and stereotyping. That's sorta the point.
