How do you find a Pshychologist?

Does Health Insurance cover this?

Is your job able to find out you are seeing one if you get it covered by your Health Insurance?

Make sure you look for one who is trained in the area you want to go in for. This also sounds judgmental but look at the pictures of the people and their description and go with the one that gives you the best vibe.

I couldn't agree more.

@SFRL unfortunately I can't suggest anything, in Europe there is a different system than in the USA.

@SFRL Most health insurance will cover it after deductible and copay. This article is pretty simple and clear. The easiest way to know for sure is to call the 800 number on the back of the insurance card and ask. Also ask them to give you a list of psychologists. There might be two different price schedules for in and out of network (if applicable) ask them about that too. Good luck. I went to therapy, maybe 20 years ago. It didn’t help me, but going and experiencing that it didn’t help, really helped.
