Visualisation

When I do visualisation, should I do it in 1st person or third person, which one is better to get best results. I read physco cybernetics, and it mentions that you should visualise like you are watching a movie, which I guess means third person.  But still which one is better in your opinion?

Whichever is easier to visualize. Third person is probably easier to visualize.

Good question... There are probably benefits to using both perspectives, just as we do while dreaming.

First person is more personal and literal, and third person gives you the bigger picture and more perspective.

I think first person. Do you sometimes mix those? And I would like to ask do you use law of attraction ( the secret) or try anything else with visualization?
