@BuddhaTree Thanks for the response

Another Q: It says as prep for kriya pranayama, you do kechari mudra before

1) how necessary is this? I can't do it yet

2) do you keep your tongue up in the nasal cavity the whole time you are doing nasal breathing?

1) Khechari mudra is not necessary but is likely to very noticeably boost your practise. Your mind will probably calm down more, you might feel the prana more and you slowly loosen the knot at ajna.

2)Once you can do khechari mudra you keep the tongue in the nasal cavity during the whole practise (or as long as possible)

Ive been doing the pratice taught in KSR for six months and after that ive changed to gamanas practice with the ending at sahasrara for 1,5 years. Even with Kriya supreme fire. Its a very powerful practice and I can feel strange things happening to my body at night. And i also feel my chakras burning and sometimes itching in the area around.
i have a question for those who have been practising for a long time.
is my current practise to powerful for me? i havnt practised for so long.

i am thinking of returning to KSR practise, to get back to the rota, the ”original” practise as i want to call it. to get the chanting in the chakras. I read somewhere about the practise would be tamasic (negative) if it doesnt include chanting in the chakras.

In the book it says the minimum of Nadi Sodhana Pranayama duration should be 5 mins for level 1. Yet when I do 3 cycles of breathing Im done in 1 minute not 5... Have I missed something... what am I doing wrong? Anyone?

Here's my typical duration for one cycle -

Left nostril inhale - 9 to 10 seconds

Hold - 3 seconds

Right nostril exhale - 9 to 10 seconds

Hold - 1 second

Right nostril inhale - 9 to 10 seconds

Hold - 3 seconds

Left nostril exhale - 9 to 10 seconds

Hold -1 second

So a cycle of mine must take anywhere around 44 to 48 seconds.

That makes perfect sense! Thank you so much! ??

This new video gets deep into the issues of tamasic practice and chanting in the chakras, specifically towards the end of the video.

@Shakazulu There is no easy way to do it, just do it as long as you can. Concentrate on each Chakra like laser. It helps me to chant mentally Om while I concentrate on each Chakra.

Are there any particular techniques one can use for walking meditation? If it's a technique referenced in kriya secrets revealed tell me page number or the name.

Hark ye yet again — the little lower layer. All visible objects, man, are but as pasteboard masks. But in each event — in the living act, the undoubted deed — there, some unknown but still reasoning thing puts forth the mouldings of its features from behind the unreasoning mask. If man will strike, strike through the mask! How can the prisoner reach outside except by thrusting through the wall? To me, the white whale is that wall, shoved near to me. Sometimes I think there's naught beyond. But 'tis enough.

@lmfao lesson 24 - basic walking techniques. I like the “So Hum” technique, very easy to follow and yet very powerful.

I have a question about Kyria Supreme Fire:

Should you keep the tongue upwards as long as you keep your breath?

When I am very relaxed, like before falling asleep, I often feel an electric current going to my head. It runs so quickly that I actually only sense it in my head. It is very fierce but not painful. I think this has been for 2-3 months. in the beginning I was sure kundalini is just about to rise, and now it still hasen't risen.

Do you do supreme fire or crown chakra focus?

I don't think that your mini risings are bad for your system, unless it feels like it, what you could be concerned about is a premature full kundalini awakening.

If you feel like you are not yet prepared for a kundalini awakening and think that there is a good chance that it will awaken soon if you keep doing as you have then you could just stop doing supreme fire and work with the first 5 (or even 6) chakras instead.

Read all you can find on (premature) kundalini awakening and then evaluate whether you can cope with it or are more comfortable to slow down.

hi there

so i have been trying this kriya yoga technic  (please do know ask me the name beause i dont remember im really horrible at remembering names)

so anyways..the thecnic consist in pushing though out of your mind and focusing on a spesific point inside your scull. right inbetween your eyes.  by doing this for 1hr you would get the benefits of sleeping for hrs.

so i began doing this technic before bed. not for one hr but for 10 to 15 min... and every night since i have been doing that. my inner clock has been waking me up, early in the morning… mosthly around 5am the day before yesturday was even 3am... when i woke up i jumped out of bed.. i felt so rested that i was sure i must have overslept and didnt hear my alarm the panic voice in my mind was telling me that it must be around 10am and i was already super late for work.

to my suprise it was never past 5am

(stupidly enough when i saw this I laid back down to sleep when i should have stood up, i know…)

so this had happend for like 4 nights on a row… everysingle time i have done this technic..now last night i was wondering if me waking up so early really had something to do with this technic..so last night i didnt do it... and i didnt experince what i have been experincing the last couple of days.. no refresh feeling in the morning.. no my body waking me up when it was ready to start functioning….

is the first time im doing kriya and i dont know why my mind is being so sceptical about it... it doesnt want to believe and puts it as coincidence...
