Hola...... my journey into yoga started as soon as i saw actualized orgs first vedio... before,  i used to dump yoga.. but now as im doing yoga,  very basic things like alternative breathing and susumna breathing.....it really helped my meditation, inquiry, focus..so it would be off great inspiration if leo made mny vlog type vedios relating to how he is stacking yoga techniques...and on what phase he is moving along... so i can move along too... reading from book is not helping... leo's recent vlog "postures for yoga.. the type of sits.he demonstrated"... it really helped...

Sorry guys pardon me if im asking lot... i should learn to do from the book leo recommended..  (but i dont have dollars to even buy it)is thr any pdf free ?...
