The Rockstar Enlightenment Guru

How do we use strings of words and associated concepts to help other souls awaken?  What's the best way to do that as a guru?  What tools does the guru need to most effectively "teach" Enlightenment?  Does the guru need to fashion his own tools, or do we already have all the needed tools?  What makes a better guru versus a worse guru?  Is Enlightenment the best path for everyone?  Why or why not?

Answering your last question, I don't think enlightenment is for everyone. I don't know what it is but some people are more inclined to truth than others. Some people rather want to live a lie because truth is a lot of work and is painful. I honestly don't blame people who are not into enlightenment because who wants to die? Unless of course you're inclined to truth.
