Which thought?

I dealt with so much when I was younger, from a very early age I was bullied all the way up to late teens so it's really hard just to eradicate my insecurities.

@Charlotte Know that feeling. It helps to combine logic ("I know that these feelings are not true and come from my childhood experiances", meditation and gradually finding stuff you like about your appearance and thinking about it. May sound vain, but helps if you are like the opposite.

That's a good logical approach, I'll use that, thanks shroomdoctor.

The only thing I like about myself is my personality and the person I am (I'm not vain either) but I know my heart is always in the right place.
