Is Meditation a movment of thought?

I would think meditation is slowing down the light, so that all your infinite-self (fractal, hologram...) are reunifying with each others. That means, fluidity in the way you interact with all the others-self who are testing right now different possibilities. My speculations may be deluded, but I have fun writing this ^^

Lol.. that’s what I mean. To sit in zazen and try and stop thought implies an entity and a motive. A never ending conflict. It seems one would get caught in deception with such a method. Thought is very tricky lol

I didn't say "try to stop", you did, who did? You... not me and if you and me don't exist doesn't mean your thoughts are my thoughts so stop it... don't try to... just stop....I don't have the time.

Depends on the level of meditation, the deeper you go the faster you vibrate thus time slows down as you get closer to light speed and the closer to light speed the more information you download all at once. How do you think some people have wisdom as if they been alive for thousands of years? I understood how this works when i had my first DMT breakthrough.
