I don't know of a catchy title, but I'd be very interested in a video of Leo talking about how watching and/or masturbating to porn effects self development. Is porn bad? What are the benefits of porn? How can porn stunt personal growth? Can porn be used for higher consciousness? If so, how?

Well, have you ever heared about NoFap, its a comunuty on reddit that tries to overcome masturbations habbits and watching porn, this is also the how I first got into perosonal development because I had a nasty porn habit at first, but trough this forum I got introduced into personal development and all this stuff. From my experience I  staying away from porn and masturbation did wonders for my life I am more concentrated, feel more confident towards women, i am more open about mysel,  life feels more intense in general,  and many more benifits.
