Which musical instruments may be used for spiritual healing and opening chakras? I've searched some of them and it seems like hang is the new popular instrument which has amazing mystical sounds. Let's make a good list of the healing musical instruments.

@AleksM Yeah I've seen that link too. I want to learn playing something very compact to carry with me while traveling. And also the one which is good for stress relief and healing. Maybe even meditation.

I've been playing a lot of Rocksmith 2014 lately with a cheap Walmart Guitar, I recommend playing music yourself!

For me, it's not about the tone of the instrument, but the melody.

Chords and melodies are working together to take me somewhere I haven't though possible on earth.

All the instruments i fell in love with you guys already posted! I want a hangdrum so bad :( The first video the guy on the right always reminds me of Jim Carey hahaha

Haha all jokes aside here's a nice crystal 432 hz tuned singing bowels.

I really feel the vibrations with this one :)

Oh and Digerodoo

@AleksM Law of attraction ^^ this is that guy i was talking about on your psytrance music post that said all those affirmations in the start of the song. The original video was from him i believe then it was passed around and used in psy music :)

Melodica

Never seen it before, but it has similar sound to harmonica. Harmonica is great and it’s so compact and easy to carry arroind. However I am not sure wether harmonica sound is useful for healing and meditation. Can someone confirm that?

@egoless It's more musical than a harmonica.  I play jazz trumpet.  I don't mess with toy instruments myself.  But people get good on them.  Get yourself one of those pocket trumpets.  Try to play a chromatic instrument.  And start to learn a little bit about theory.  If you wanna get good, you gotta develop a taste for theory.

It did for my physiological self imposed encapsulation, what qm’s Did for blowing my mind open.

You do have an aura.

@Joseph Maynor jazz trumpet has amazing sounds. But thing is I want to master something really compact. Like the one you could carry with you in the pocket literally.

I personally think any instruments could be used it's just a matter of how you use the instrument :) (i am a composer)

@Nahm exactly, I was thinking about harmonica. It is soo small and compact. But I’m not really sure wether these sounds can be used for meditation. Ideally I want to master some melodies and make recording of my plays. So I can later meditate on my own sounds.
