Yeah I agree. I consider sleep a semi-Enlightened state. It is like powerful partial ego death.

Many experienced lucid dreamers (People who are aware that they are dreaming and can "control" it) report that they could willingly become a light of pure consciousness, a state where the they themselves exist.
