I think the best thing you can do after watching this video is throw yourself to the world. You will have to expose yourself, sorry. Psychedelics can ease off the discomfort, but you'll get used to it. But, sure, there are many other interesting points to be covered about social anxiety. But if I could give you one tip, it would be to take psychedelics with that specific intention: work with my feelings of shyness. You will dive deep into yourself.

But I hope Leo posts a video about this subject. It is very fascinating!
