Leo, Could You Specify In "strong Morning Routine"?

I was reading the start here section of your website and you mention  a couple of times the importance of a strong morning routine, could you explain more specifically what you mean?

A strong morning routine is something that charges you mentally and physically for the rest of your day since the morning. You can see a very visible change in the quality of your day of the habits you have in the morning makes your day more productive and happier.

  1. Yoga
  2. Meditation
  3. Affirmations 
  4. Visualisations
  5. Exercising
  6. Reading
  7. Jogging
  8. Drinking water
  9. Getting early in the morning like 5:30am
  10. Anything that releases endorphins and makes you feel more alive.
