Books For Kriya And Kundalini Yoga

4 posts in this topic

I'm looking for books for the kriya yoga and kundalini practice.

I've seen this :

And it sounds pretty amazing, especially the Dhyana part.

I would like some very practical books with clear no fluff precise instructions such as do this mudra while chanting this sound exactly while breaking for  this count for 30 minutes each full moon. I'm already doing some hatha yoga and I'd like to really expand my yoga practice.

'Asanas, Mudras and Bandhas - Awakening Ecstatic Kundalini' by Yogani - for practical guidelines and exercises. His work is clear, enjoyable and systematic.

I also recommend "the eight human talents" by Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. It's ver good for beginners.
