Franck says in western culture our top chakras (throat, 3rd eye & crown) are already open, or almost.

In India, it's the lower chakras (root, sacral & solar plexus) which are the most commonly opened.

In western culture we need to open more the lower chakras, while in India it's the opposite.

To work with the lower chakras, Franck says we can have social activities like playing card games with friends from the neighborhood.

(I haven't seen playing poker with my friends that way...)
