A Great Thing To Stop Any Type Of Anxiety!!!

8 posts in this topic

Hello, people, I hope you know my comments and history on this site. I don´t know if you remember my stories about my generalized anxiety disorder and toxic family problems. But I find out that the organ that is most connected to our nerve system is the eyes right! So if they are the most connected and the most wasted for a lot of things it influences us positively or negatively. And the best thing to use against anxiety is to relax the eyes with the chamomile tea bags that will extremely relax your eyes. This is not the only method but you can also use chess, meditation and Leo`s concentration method. But the thing with tea bag is great trust me to try it at least for it decreases in just a second a huge quantity of anxiety.

It`s NOT the only thing that can help you but it can stop anxiety rapidly.

If you're really serious about ending anxiety, you might want to use more 'productive' methods. 'Radical Honesty' is probably a good way to do that.

Btw, 'Radical Honesty' is a specialised technique, I don't mean just being honest.

But still, I'll give the chamomile tea a try.

"Not believing your own thoughts, you’re free from the primal desire: the thought that reality should be different than it is. You realise the wordless, the unthinkable. You understand that any mystery is only what you yourself have created. In fact, there’s no mystery. Everything is as clear as day. It’s simple, because there really isn’t anything. There’s only the story appearing now. And not even that.” — Byron Katie

Well for me it stopped my panic attacks. Because the drops of chamomile tea relaxed me a lot. Ok then well then it is for me if it doesn't work for you. But for me personally, it saved me a lot of nerves, last 3-4 nights.

There is a reason why the anxiety is there in the first place. Panic attacks don't come just like that. It is a body's way of communicating something to you. Your intuition is sending  you a message. In some way you are not being true to yourself.  There is always a message or a warning hidden with it.

While calming your eyes with the tea might be a good way to suppress these symptoms, unless the root cause is addressed, they may come back.

However it is incredible that you found out the relaxing method because you can now work more consciously on finding the cause. Take a time along every day and really retrospect and meditate on what could be the cause of your addictions.

“If you find yourself acting to impress others, or avoiding action out of fear of what they might think, you have left the path.” ― Epictetus

I was told by someone who was practising Kinesiology that a lot of stress is stored in the muscles of the eyes. So your post makes kinda sense although I guess certain things work for certain conditions and people. Not for everything and everyone.

Relaxation is the crying need of our age and the eyes are the seat of the soul. I learned to smile with my eyes wich works relaxing for me. I am going to try this and figure out if it's the tea that is doing all the work, or do your thought play a role in this aswell.

Well, people, I live in a very toxic and difficult family. And I am giving my best for independent myself I am always stuck somehow. My family is a pure madness and full-filled with individualism. I`ve lost my job because my uncle got me fired and I`ve lost like 1200 euros, my brother that is in Colombia was a gangster that achieved to escape from Croatia, my father tried to kill me last year me and my mother, now I have to pass 3 exams for going to the third year of university. My other brothers don`t even want to listen to me and say sometimes that I deserve nothing. My mothers are sick and if she dies my brother will stand against me because my father will say to him that I am the killer of my mom, and he`s gonna kill me. It`s so hard to independent myself surrounded with so many maniacs. Meanwhile, I suffer he makes baby`s so he could get money from the government. I give my best but as you know I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and a person is so afraid of going back to psychiatry that maybe I would never come out from there(once I was). I am trying to run away but as you know I got fired by my uncle so it's too hard. As well, my father used to tell me as a child that I am worthless and useless and that I will never be a man.
