Cracking The Veil.

I hold the tentative hypothesis that the only thing that REALLY limits us from doing basically...well...anything...is a deep down, firmly embedded, externally influenced BELIEF that we CANNOT do anything. This has been so firmly embroided in our minds from birth that we are actually stopping ourselves from performing amazing feats just by not believing, or believing that we cannot rather, do these things. 

Is there any way you could do a video on ways to CRACK the veil. Things like astral travel, remote viewing, lucid dreaming, precognizance, etc. I'm mostly interested in Astral Travel. This is something I'd really like to experience first hand for myself. I feel that leaving my body would sufficiently prove to me that MANY things are possible and thus really speed up my progress. Hopefully it would do the same for others, however, I can only speak for myself. Thankyou for taking the time to read.
