I don't see how basic self-help will ever stop me from fearing and hating things such as torture, rape, decapitations , being buried alive, mexican drug cartel videos & etc.

I totally agree with integral, YOU are creating your reality, YOU are introducing these thoughts, YOU are generating the hate because you have strong polarity in your thinking. It's time you don't let handed down notions of good and bad dictate how you feel. You have been programmed by your surroundings to think this way and now you're stuck with it. You have to get disgusted with yourself for thinking this way, then you'll be able to uproot these beliefs. Don't point you finger at Hitler point it at yourself.

These people are not inflicting themselves on you, your are inflicting this on yourself. All the mechanisms that generate a Hitler or Andrew Tate also live in you. If you don't feel sorry for these people, that they feel the need to think and act like that then its time to get of the forum, grab a stack of papers and unravel how you work. We can't help you if you don't want to help yourself.

You do sports? > Hikes in the mountains, helps to think clearly.

How often you shower? > I wash my self with a bucket of water and a cloth or I swim in a lake. Mostly only after hikes or long walks.

How much sleep? > 8 to 10 hours

You talk to people? > I try not to, but yhea if your in a van in the woods sometimes you have to lol

What techniques you use? > Spiritual Autolysis, its self inquiry but you write everything down.

How often you drink water? > once every 5 minutes I stand up do a rain dance and then take one tiny sip to expel bad demons and enter nirvana

  3. Set real intention to change. Let the universe know by action and creation, but don't force it. In reality you have no control.

  4. I became a wage soldier and then quit my job and travelled for a year, then worked half a year and traveled again. I just live below my means. If instead of travelling you do side projects eventually you strike gold. I was making plugins for Adobe After Effects, that made a bit of money on the side but I earn so much per hour I get demotivated if I work on my own projects and see how much I would have earned if I just worked under contract lol. But you could also do themes for Wordpress, Design kits for e-commerce sites, crazy opportunity to build a lot of streams of income if you are willing to put in work.

If you are above average guy you should be insulted by this on a deep level.

lol, this sentence made me laugh. Why frame it like this makes no sense. If you are a 'go getter' it probably comes with other traits which are not so desirable, such as never being content with what you have, never being actually happy because the grass it always greener on the other side etc. I pity the fools lol.

Also you just bought their courses thats how they make money? If the original thing their teaching makes so much money than they wouldn't make a course about it because they wouldn't need the money. Plus their saturating their own market just for this one time purchase you're going to make to get the course.

Just learn coding, make a product that is actually useful. Most people are too lazy to actually learn coding so there is a high barrier of entry and competition is lower. Plus if you fail to actually sell the product you can still easily earn 100$ an hour as a wage soldier. Worked great for me.

but how all enlightened people are making a living?

Chopping wood and carrying water. lol.

Honestly I would get a job you can do remotely. I'm a programmer/web designer and if I'm done with everybody's shit I just work from my camper van and let them do that toxic behavior at work.

I live in a van and tbh you could sustain yourself by just doing some easy low paying job that does not involve a lot of people. It's not about what you make its about what you spend. and I take a break every year so then I just go traveling for half a year and do some more inner work. And I live off of very cheap food and never go out. So I could travel for a long time before my funds run out.

  7. this is my channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbrppwH6T8miFRTlvS7op8w maybe some inspiration. I stopped tho since just parroting others like most people do (me included) helps nobody. You can read a book and make a video, but honestly that won't make you real progress in life. So really be honest with yourself why you are doing it. I started doing it because I read all those books and I didn't really know what to do with it so I started making videos to actually have a use for all the knowledge. But knowledge won't help you on your path, it just goes in circles and too much 'self development' can become very toxic. Realize that YouTube creators talk for a living, they don't embody for a living. Most if not all of the times they talk about things they haven't embodied themselves. Thus they are just bullshitting you, and watching the video is a distraction for you to actually go out and learn how to live correctly.

You just have to start and figure it out. And if you want lots of views do lots of research on Keywords etc. for example the last video I made went well because it's just the highest quality video on the subject so eventually it will top out on those keywords. Start with small niche keywords that only get searched for 1000 times. and then as your channel becomes bigger go for the bigger keywords. I'll copy and past my 'YouTube research' from 2020 that it still in my One Note lol:

Don't use the "post and pray" approach to video production on YouTube. Seek to fulfill the viewers demand instead. What you do to optimize your video in the first 48 to 72 hours is critical to the success of your video and how it ranks.

    Keywords:

    • Create a big list of potential keywords.
    • Choose a keyword that has low competition. (You can see this at the "About 505,00 results") under the search bar.
    • Also search in Google too see if the keyword has potential there, on some topics they put videos on the first page. This has the potential to be a very big traffic source.
    • Check that the keyword gets at least 100-1K searches per month.

Use YouTube autocomplete to get a hunch or great idea's about topics. Then use AdWords Keyword Planner to go through keyword ideas and look at search volume. (tip: paste a url of a video in there to get related keywords for that vid.) Then you can use Keyword Tool Dominator to generate relevant keywords at (https://www.keywordtooldominator.com/k/youtube-keyword-tool) Google Trends: https://trends.google.com/trends/

    Monetary Tools:

    Tags:

    • Use your exact target keyword first
    • Then a few variations
    • Use longtail tags, also do them first
    • Maybe one or two broad term tags in the end.
    • 500 characters max.
    •

    Title:

    • Should contain your target keyword
    • Put your keyword as close to the beginning of the title
    • 70 characters is best

    Description:

    • Include your keyword in the first 25 words.
    • Make a description of at least 250 words about the content.
    • Include your keyword 2-4 times.
    • First 150 characters are visible, 5000 characters max.

    Thumbnail:

    • Make it stand out, Focus one one message you want to send to the viewer

    Video Optimization:

    • Say the keywords in your video so YouTube transcribes them and knows it is about this topic.

    Promote Your Video:

    • On Quora and other Q&A sites
    • Put it in your email signature
    • Use them in blog posts, guest post?

    Your channel:

    • Use keywords in your about section

  8. I would reccomend first growing your YouTube in other ways before presenting it to people in your direct environment. When they see your video's are actually being watched they will maybe be interested but otherwise it just not good for your social dynamics. But the choice is up to you.

It's not like you will suddenly get 700 subs, most likely a lot will think it is weird because you challange the status quo and some may like it but you shouldn't lean on that to grow your channel. Try to tap into online communities that are already thinking about this stuff.

  9. Lately I have been thinking how a 9 to 5 might be a good thing, I mean you have a structure and people around you things get handled for you. You don't have to pay attention to creating a structure for yourself. You don't get as lonely sitting at home grinding away at a mighty goal. Not having a 9 to 5 brings a lot of extra psychological strain, which you can't put into other things.

Not that escaping wage slavery is not good, but give props to how a job actually gives you a lot of free mental space and structure. I think people have this halo effect around working for yourself. But I been doing it for a while and came to the conclusion that the grass is always greener on the other side. Something I still have to work on.

  10. If you're talking videoscribe almost any laptop will do honestly, altough I don't know if it works on macOS you should look into that.

If you use adobe premier it runs a bit better on windows but mac will do fine.

I'm also buying a new laptop, will probably go for the DELL XPS 15 but thats for hardcore possibly 4K editing it's around 2000 euro's.

I prefer the DELL machines because they have a good price/quality ratio in general because they produce on such a large scale and focus on online sales.

Good luck with your choice :)
