  1. Its best if used at a minimum I would say once a month if that. I haven't taken it for about three years now, but took it sometimes when I was using kratom daily. I never really cared for it, it just put me to sleep half of the time. You wouln't want to consume alcohol on it or you won't get out of bed for days after.

Honestly the US is probably too far gone

The reason gun control works in other countries is because they don’t have that many guns in the first place

The US has so many guns that you can’t ever hope to control and regulate them

On top of that, there are countries like Switzerland that have tons of guns too, but still have way way fewer deaths and mass shootings

That implies that there’s something categorically fucked about the mental state of a lot of American culture as well that is going to take a lot of work to fix

Hell, I’d say it’s nearly impossible

If a dude turning a Vegas hotel room into a military grade armoury and opening fire on a concert killing 60 people, and school shootings with death tolls upwards of 20, don’t make people want to change then nothing will

@something_else Agree with this unfortunately. People preach gun control and we are beyond that... it won't be enough. Guns would have to dissappear overnight for this to stop.

Anyone knows if this is accurate for all Kratom powder and if there is something I could do to counter act this (maybe I should take a toxic metals test) apart from considering stop taking Kratom altogether.

Maybe or maybe not? Vendors post lab reports but how can you really know for sure? What's your reason for taking kratom anyways?

Take it from someone who took it daily for two years, just go ahead and stop before it's to difficult. It will turn around and bite you eventually, slippery slope that you don't want to go down. I sell cars so I was taking it for work, but I started experiencing negative side effects into the second year and had to stop taking it.

  4. @Vadiminator I would try reaching out to a Psychic in your local area. Read their Yelp, google reviews, etc, it needs to be someone good. Someone who you can feel comfortable with and discuss what your going through. I formed a good connection with one in my area, she helped me get through some dark times, and I still go see her a couple times a year. Worth a shot, don’t lose faith.

Clearly the awareness is here, now. But when this body dies, where does the awareness move to? Another body? Does awareness simply return to the all? Does anyone even have answer?

I would guess no one could know as long as the body is alive and breathing, because when the body dies then it can’t come back and explain what happens. I think its different from a near death experience because you get to come back. People report having a out of body experience or some mystical experience, or even just some void but who really knows when the body is gone for good. If I had to take a guess, once the body dies your experience dissolves back into awareness as a completely blank state and depending on any spiritual work done during the lifetime, maybe awareness can stay aware of itself as the whole or become lost in a dream again.

For those who have come to know that they are God, what did this change for you?
How many times did you have the realization before it stuck with you?
Did you tell people you know?
    How did your relationships change?

What did you do first, as God?

For me not much has changed, other than I have a better understanding of what reality is. Life just carries on, it doesn’t care whether you’re god realized or not. All it took was one mushroom trip and the realization has stuck with me since, and you also realize there is no beginning or end. What did I do first as god? Well I was always god, I was just aware of it. I got up the next morning and just went to work like an average human being.

  7. I feel you on this, for me this comes and goes. No your're not bullshitting yourself, just enjoy it when it happens.

this awareness itself sometimes confuses me because im kind of scared because it feels weird. i get stuck in my mind a little because of this awareness.

So next time this happens just be mindful of the ego mind, you might feel this way because it's unfamiliar and the mind might perceive it as threatening.

It does, but that doesn't mean your ego-mind will like it.

The more Truth and Love, the more terrified you will get. Because it's not there to please or suit your personal survival needs. The deeper you go, the more of your life you'll have to surrender. How much are you willing to surrender? How selfless are you willing to be? This is very challenging for a human.

It's much more challenging than people expect. Because you can't imagine how much illusion there is to surrender.

I’m at a point where I’m seeing how challenging this can really be. My ego mind is really starting to hate this work in the last year or so. I’ve had some pretty severe ego backlashes after awakenings. I have a pretty big drive for truth so I just keep going though, sometimes fast or sometimes slow.

  9. I took a LSD trip right before all the panic buying and shutdowns here in the United States. I was feeling a "everything is going to be ok" vibe and that this is temporary and will pass just like anything else, we will get through this. Its the beginning of the end for the old world. I agree with with @Nemo28 , a new world is being birthed, the old one has to die first though. There's a bigger picture going on here.

@nightrider1435 do you practice any specific kind of meditation?

I practice vipassana mediation, concentration of the breathe.

    4 hours ago, Vency said:

I don’t practice any specific kind. I saw where people mentioned kriya yoga, I would need to look into that. All I do is sit silently for 20 min and the white dot appears in a few min. Some days I see a indigo/violet light in the shape of a tunnel expanding. And I have the urge to open my eyes which makes the white dot go away but then it comes back again. Just want to know what it means.

You could be seeing your third eye or crown chakra.

i know and heard that these are all good signs but just wanted to see where it is going to take me.

No one knows where any of this is going but like you said, faith. :)

@nightrider1435 the same thing is happening to me. Did you figure out what it meant? I know it’s been 2 years since you posted it. I want to know if seeing that dot changed anything for you?

    Thank you!

@Vency I'm still not sure what it could mean, I still experience this during my mediation practice. My dark night of the soul was peaking when I posted this. I have been treading some of the darkest deepest pits that words can't even describe. Overall from what I can notice is that my life is improving as the years go by, slowing moving from the darkness into the light.

  12. @ShugendoRa I wouldn’t recommend taking teaspoons because you won’t know exactly how much you’re taking. Get a gram scale so you can measure your dosages. I’ve never used capsules but I think two is around one gram. If you’re going to take it daily, it’s best to keep it around 10 grams a day, no more than 3 doses in a day. Take tolerance breaks, drink plenty of water because Kratom dehydrates you.  It can make you constipated, magnesium citrate can help with that.

As far as recreational use is concerned I dont know but as far as pain management and stress relief are concerned its great ife been on it for about almost 2yrs now and I take about 2g 1 to 2 times a say depending on my pain level and I prefer mag di white because it is clean feeling and a bit of a adderall feeling too.

I every now and then run out and I have never experienced any withdrawals from it so I'm not sure why people keep saying its addictive  but in my experience it's not.

Your're not going to have withdrawals from only 4g a day. Its when you get anywhere from 10 to 20 grams a day is when you'll get withdrawals if you abruptly stop.

Oh wow. I had planned on studying in the US as an exchange student next year, but with this level of instability I'm not so sure really. It doesn't seem to be getting better, either.

Just curious, is it alright living there, despite the absolute shitshow that seems to be going on?

@Commodent Yes of course, the United States is a good place to live. We have our pros and cons just like any other country.
