Would you still recommend those exercises to a novice like me or shall I use the gym machines for 1 more month before I "try harder" to improve my gains (I ask this because I still am somewhat afraid of injuries cause of low awareness/experience/muscle strength)?

I'd say it is best to start with bodyweight. Learn the proper technique of pushup, squad, pullup. Have your joints and muscles adapt to the initial stressor. Practice things like handstands against the wall to get a bit of balance training and get those shoulders accustomed to pressure.

After couple week of this start with weights and some machines. But like I said, good to start with a trainer and have them create a system for each bodypart. I think dumbells should come before you start lifting barbels that require interconnection of big muscles and some lifting experience.  Before you start deadlifting, get comfortable with feeling through your lateral muscles and being able to pull and squeeze them with the hanging bar on the machine. Same as before benchpress, learn to do proper pushups and dumbell presses on a horizontal and inclined bench.

  2. Because instead of being called "assholes who don't give shit about others" these people need help themselves first. It is a nature of human being to want to help each other. For everybody that means something different and the means by which they do it can be radically different yet the motive is the same. The ability to help is directly proportional to the amount of love and education the person has recieved in their life.

A lot of people, however don't have the basic stuff under control. Poverty, lack of education, disease, bad marriage, bad parenting, childhood abuse, addiction due to lack of fulfillment. In order for one to grow to a stage where they can become loving and sharing they need to have the basic shit covered.

Most people start hating me very quickly if I don't start helping them soon.

Because that's the way they have been brought up. They cannot delay immediate gratification. It is often not their fault and they need your help to get away from that kind of thinking.

Many online community admins treat their communities like their personal possessions and are quick to block people who even slightly bother them instead of acting for the greater good of the communities.

Another demonstration of unconsciousness. Such behaviour is to be pittied not frowned upon. This person is causing themselves so much suffering it is sick.

  3. Lion's Mane is a POWERFUL mycotherapeutic tool. Medicinal mushrooms are superior to many herbs but none of them is able to induce neuroregeneration in a way that Lion's Mane can.

I don't know of any other product that has been shown to benefit in reversing Multiple Sclerosis or degeneration of central nervous system such as ALS. With more research there is potential for LM to lift people from wheelchairs and even rapidly slow down Parkinson's or Alzheimer's. I think we will hear more about this amazing mushroom in years to come.

The only dowside is probably that the therapeutic dose will need to be so huge that it will probably cause digestive disturbances...so that's something that will need to be looked into.

If you could actually prove this to me I'd probably quit.

Try an experiment. Go heavy on coffee every single day of a month and then quit for a week cold turkey. The withdrawal will be your sign of the addictive nature of this drink. One can definitely weaken their adrenal glands. This can happen from chronic stress or genetically and aily stimulant abuse contributes as well. In medicine there is a condition called Adisson's disease which is basically adrenal failure but they don't just fail, they gradually weaken which comes with a set of side effects.

Also Leo talks in the episode about being careful of the trap of going in an over-tryhard approach of this, I can definitly see the danger of it and see myself naturly prone to that

I'd say the opposit is likely to be issue especially during the time of the day I spend on autpilot. But it can definitely become a neurosis.

Is it possible to be in a relationship with a friend?  Are there any benefits or drawbacks from transitioning your friendship into a relationship?  What are some tips that you would tell someone if they are considering changing their friendship into a relationship?

Absolutely possible!  Happened the same way for me, we were friends for a long time and been dating for 9 years now. All the friend-zone bullshit on the internet makes people think that you have to bump into a random stranger and start dating. Not knowing the other person before getting into relationship is dangerous.

A potential drawback is loss of a friend is if backfires but in most cases, you could still remain friends

Tips?: Try talking to her friends and finding out some information on her feelings towards you (without asking directly :D)  She may feel the same way about you but may be too shy to admit her feelings or is worried of losing friend. Spend a lot of time together, hang out as "friends" and you will start growing onto each other. At some point you will need to break the ice though. If you never try you will regret and worst case if she says "no" you will shake hands and promise to stay only friends.

@Espaim adrenal health seems ok then. Have you ever tried tracking your food intake?

You may be lacking protein which is precursor for all neurotransmitters (serotonin, adrenaline, noradrenaline, dopamine etc...) the ones that would stimulate you. There are some protein sources you mentioned but perhaps if put together they don't score as high as you'd think. Or you may generally be lacking calories. That is a very common problem on vegetarian/vegan diets.

Ever tried using cronometer or myfitnesspal and see if you hit your caloric requirement? Both are free and it may help to give a picture of if anything is missing.

btw I'd agree with @flowboy that a soy protein is not a good choice. Soy as a food (edamame bean or tofu) is ok, the estrogenic effects are tiny but a soy concentrated protein is a different story. I'd probably go for pea of hemp.

  8. Game & research are techniques used purely for manipulation. Anything coming from PUA community will keep you stuck in shallow levels of consciousness that only the dumbest girls will fall for. It may give you some sex but the more you get the more unhappy you will become and each and every shallow one night stand will "steal" a little bit of your vigour and deprive you of a bit of your life force & potency to grow spiritually.

Envision abundance and learn to see women for who they really are, the divine being charged with infinite radiance and energy. A beautiful woman will re-charge you for a whole day. Let that energy circulate around your spine (instead of keeping it in your genitals like most men do). Learn to accept the infinite energy and you will feel like you've just had sex each time you let yourself be energetically seduced by a beautiful woman.

To receive sexual abundance, stop seeking sexual abundance and you will attract it. Find your life purpose and grow your spiritual & personal side of yourself to attract the feminine. Women want a men embodying his highest values and his highest purpose not a boy running around looking for sex. You have the advantage of youth and (I assume) relative sexual immaturity. Use it towards your benefits and if you play your cards right, you will outgrow most of your peers by 20 years in next 10.

Not an answer you were looking for perhaps :)

non BPA is BS -  there are so many other Bisphenol and they are all poison - glass is great - silicone normally OK

that doesn't change the fact that excessive BPA indulgence fucks up with your endocrine secretions by docking on Oestrogen receptors most of all.

Agreed Bisphenol-A is only one of a large category of contaminants.

  10. @Rilles most of the ones you suggested, it already has.

Mercury and microplastics would be awesome but testing for that would mean testing each individual unit such as no 2 tunas will have same amount of mercury or microplastics. We can only get average values from samples that have been studied in a lab. It is an extremely lenghtening process.

It would however be helpful to push for advertisment such as "This fish may contain traces of mercury which have been shown to damage central nervous system" Also we should be completely banning all non-BPA plastic bottles, I suspect a lot of female reproductive issues are behind that.

what you quoted means that I think/(over)analyze/worry/ruminate/philosophize WAY too much. It explain my issues in my recent post "What's the most effective meditation technique?"

Perhaps you need to train yourself to let go of all that simply by telling yourself "I am letting this go" every time you catch yourself overanalyzisng.

Maybe adopting more Yin (soothing) and less Yang (stimulating) diet would help. That means more raw plant foods especially fruits and less animal foods that are stimulating. But since this is not what your practitioner advised first try what you paid for :) Ayurveda is a fascinating healing modality.

On that basis I could also start a new more radical cleansing process like the Morse protocol or try fasting.

just a suggestion, if you are going to go down that road, some of the botanical tinctures they make could prhaps come useful. It is hard to say which one though. I see you live in Germany. This article talks about where they can be ordered in Europe. https://drrobertmorseeurope.wordpress.com/2016/02/18/how-to-buy-dr-robert-morses-herb-in-europe/

I am in the UK and we do have a small company who sell them who also ship all over Europe. They may be able to advise which ones to try if you contact them. http://thejuiceretreat.co.uk/drmorseherbs/ The company is run by a lady named Helen, she is a Detox Specialist category II, trained with Robert Morse.

Ofcourse none of this may be needed but could help

  13. Not particularly harmful however it does drain your own vitality by calling up on surges of adrenaline and cortisol. This stimulation is rapid, drains a lot of nutrients and may backfire on you by weakening your adrenal glands after years of abuse which may lead to chronic depression, fibromyalgia, lack of mood and a lot of systemic inflammation that won't go away because your adrenals won't be able to pump out sufficient cortisol to couteract the inflammation.

But taken couple times a week without dairy milk from an organic source is probably alright :) Although matcha tea would be a better go to.
