Im a 35 year old guy and Ive been depressed for more then 20 years. Probably even a few years more. I will write here as a journal to keep myself on track. I have a lot to write both about my dreams, my past and my daily struggles. Im not really sure where to start so ill just start writing something to see where it goes. I pretty much know what do to change my life for the better but the hard part is to actually do it.
