  1. Watched it. This is a cool one. But newbies in facing negative emotions might be overwhelmed with the spiritual dictionary.
  2. Underrated comments. That book works for me very well. I felt enormous happiness after practising the technique. Every time I let go, the more I am free emotionally. Now, I experience trauma very little. Highly confident. The technique is simple, yet it is oil for your mind and body. You will be less rigid, and happier. You should try it!
  3. Hi guys.. please share your experience with kratom. I will share my experiences using kratom. I bought the premium one stated in the online store. The colour is light green, and the smell is just like a matcha. The first time I took 2 big spoon, high for some time and I got nauseous and vomited several times. Just like a sick person. The second time I had 1 teaspoon instead, and the experience was perfect until the wave ended. Yes, I got confident and felt good about my body when I was high. But, why do I always have some fear after the wave ended? I never had that kind of fear before. It was absurd fear. I need several days to get the fear gone. Or maybe the dose was too much?
  4. @halfknots what??!
  5. For me, embodying masculinity leads to a better sense of self. As a background I am repressing so much my masculinity because of childhood conditioning that says a narrative of "being a man always creates evil", I also don't have any healthy masculine figure in my environment. Some benefits are: that I can be more assertive and certainly won't hold back myself doing what I need to do to achieve the goal in mind. I can assert dominance and leadership if I need to. My whole body is also more grounded, I can feel all my body as ever before. I am not as arrogant as before (I am not sure why), but certainly I am more courageous. I am more at ease. My body has some kind of warm aura (I never felt it before). As Emerald says before, it makes me more whole. Literally.
  6. @Davino I am still playing with the dose. As far as I know, every kratom in sale has a different potency, and I think in my case.. the potency is high. I assume that if I have the dose low enough, it will work fine. For now, I have had 3 trying times, the best one is the second one.. but the mild fear remains consistent in every dose, I might lower the dose in the future.
  7. Ahh, I see now.
  8. And the weird thing is that, after I take the kratom, the wavy dizziness (mild) is not worn out even after a week. Can anyone explain about this?
  9. In my experience, it is not addictive at all.
  10. I get the light mood and the euphoria of it. But fears always come up after the high. And the fear was very absurd
  11. Sister Cody. He awakened from his long deep years of suffering. He transforms his experience into art, leaving a message. His style of teaching is bright and warm. I leave a post example below for you to know. https://www.instagram.com/sistercody/ www.artoflovingnow.com/product-page/the-light-still-exists-tee
  12. What do you think about the Instagram guru? Do you think all Instagrammer spirituality is just pure BS? Or maybe not? Why? Anyone following some great Instagram Gurus account can list them in this thread, I will look into it and maybe there is a good thing to learn.
  13. This music touched my heart. I had some sudden highs sometimes when listening to this song.
  14. @Princess Arabia Indeed, I agree with you.. the articulating makes me feel like I am there, witnessing what he see. The lesson is deep especially for me who planning to become a father one day. Also a sentence that hit home.. "With my parents, I told them about remembering that infantile feeling of being completely immersed in their unconditional love, and how much that meant to me, and I felt they received the ultimate gift of a child: unqualified gratitude for bringing them into the world."
  15. This blog is from Thiago Forte, writer of Building a Second Brain. If I am not mistaken he is Leo's childhood friend. I think this blog is significant as it gives so many lessons about life, being a parent, being a child, and the ayahuasca experience itself. https://fortelabs.com/blog/a-journey-between-worlds-the-story-of-my-ayahuasca-experience/
  16. Intellectualization not really part of consciousness work for me. It is have different effect for me.
  17. At least the one that work for me is letting go technique from David Hawkins books. Without that practice I still unable to grasp lot of things, missing lot of good things in life that is via consciousness I believe. I might be hard to evolve and become more mature without the practice of letting go. Whenever I talk to ppl about it and they always dont care why letting go its important aspect of ego growth. To become mature and healthy ego at least. I am not letting go of the worldy things yet. But I can say I never feel so much better in my life.
  18. Since 2022, Norway isn't open to international students. However, I'm planning to pursue my master's abroad, being from Indonesia. Currently, I'm aiming for Swedish Institute scholarships. If you're considering studying abroad, here are my suggestions: 1. Research the program and check if it suits you. 2. List your interests; it helps, especially if you're young. 3. List the programme that you find interesting and match your interests with the university program. 4. Follow each university's instructions; they have their own terms. 5. Keep track of the academic calendar for application deadlines. 6. Check YouTube for scholarship tips; many creators share valuable insights, especially those from your country. 7. Take the IELTS or another English certification program as soon as possible. 8. Maybe take the local counselor on studying aboard. This could be your massive help. Goodluck!
  19. Background: I'm a 24-year-old guy and I'm thinking about starting a family at some point. However, I'm feeling confused about the ideal age for me to pursue a relationship with a girl. I've heard from self-development folks that it's important to have a clear life purpose and direction before getting married. On the other hand, my friends in their 50s have advised me not to wait beyond the age of 32. Here's my plan: I'm planning to pursue a master's degree for the next two years, so by the time I graduate, I'll be around 27 years old. After that, I want to spend another 3-4 years establishing my career in the field that truly interests me, and aim for a more stable income. Concern: I'm also concerned that if I wait until my mid-30s or beyond, I might not have as much energy to dedicate to raising my kids. There's an opinion that getting married at a younger age means that by the time I'm older, my kids will already be young adults. This could potentially mean that as a parent, I would be less worried about their survival and have more time to spend with my spouse and pursue my hobbies. I am open to any advice or perspective on this matter.
  20. Thank you guys for your advice. Its helpful to know that even 40s can be no problem at all. Lot of people here in Indonesia suggest that good age to marry is 20s. Married in 30s a @Ajax@Dauntment@Bando @something_else Why bro?
