  1. perfectionism
The 30-day challenge of no criticism
    Day 14 ;
Today I realized how my perfectionism works with my studying procedure. I couldn't stay persistent with my studyings and couldn't be committed to my schedules before , as a result of wanting my memorization process to be perfect and ideal, and my practical tests to exclude any mistakes (unconsciously) .  Today I could tell myself consciously that letting go of needing my memory to be perfect, and my studying procedure to include full concentration, is very critical to be in the state of flow, and I needed to let go of many thoughts that accompanied those unrealistic desires, and  eventually I reached the state of flow of about 3 continuous hours.
With this perfectionism, I was very self-critical, and this made the process counter-productive. After this realization, I'll continue letting go of many other unrealistic desires and be more adaptable to the goals I have planned, so that my perfectionism of this field in particular would hopefully be cured.

  2. List Of Enlightenment Exercises
    List Of Enlightenment Exercises
    Triggering the Experience

Ok, let’s begin. (You should be alone and probably allow at least 40 minutes to do this)
There will be a series of things for you to do, ponder, or read through. If you really want the experience, you need to take your time and FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. Remember, you don’t have to believe anything. However, you do have to follow what is said (especially when you're told to ponder something).

Also, DON'T SKIP AROUND because the power of the words may be lost.

Take your time and read it through to the end.

[Note: As you read through this material, be aware that your ego may resist somewhat by responding: “This won’t work for me”, “I don’t have time to mess with this”, “Nothing’s happening”, etc.]

First of all, what we’re trying to do is initiate the experience by utilizing several different 'triggers'. Therefore, don't worry if you don't resonate with a particular section provided.

With that in mind, ask yourself the following question-
What is the “YOU” that you think you are?

    Mirror Exercise
    Multiple Personality Disorder

    Consider the following hypothetical situation:

    “YOU” are not your personality.
What is the “YOU” that you think you are?

Just see the logic and look………Look.

We'll come back to the Soul in just a minute.
    Now, let’s examine thoughts.
    “YOU” are not your thoughts.
What is the “YOU” that you think you are?
TAKE 15 MINUTES and PONDER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS
What is the “YOU” that you think you are?   There is no "YOU".

TAKE ANOTHER 10 MINUTES and again PONDER the 5 QUESTIONS above

There is no “YOU”. Sit with it. Ponder it. No need to meditate on it.
Don’t force it. Just see it for what it is. Let it settle. Let it simmer.
Let it “take hold”. Surrender to it.
    There is no “YOU”.
See it. Look at it. Focus.

    Just look……….THERE IS NO “YOU”..........
    Look……………See it………………LOOK………..........

    An Equation
It might be useful to look at it like a mathematical equation. You’re saying in essence that there's my Soul and there's "me" (and they both combine to make "me").

So, the Equation looks like this:
In mathematics, you CANCEL OUT TWO IDENTICAL TERMS on opposite sides of the equation.
    Therefore, the Equation:
    Here are two more examples:
    EQUATION #1
    EQUATION #2

The “YOU” that you thought was "YOU" is an illusion. “YOU” are a mental construct. "YOU" are a figment of your imagination. "YOU" are a fictional EGO-self (the illusory self).

"YOU" simply don't exist. A "YOU" is an unnecessary 'extra' in all of these equations.

    THERE IS NO “YOU”.

    The Mental Construct of  " I "

If the experience still hasn’t “taken hold”, you may be asking yourself:
    ' I ' am aware…..
    ' I ' am able to observe…..
    ' I ' am conscious......
What is the ' I ' that is being referred to?

Awareness exists. Observation exists. Consciousness exists. However, they are not "yours". They do not exist separately (in 'you') even though it appears so.

Awareness, observation, and consciousness don't require a separate ' I ' to exist. They can exist without the mental construction of ' I '. The mind tries to connect awareness, observation, and consciousness to "something" tangible. So, it creates a separate ' I ' to make sense of things.

    Brief Exercise

If you cease thought, Awareness is what remains. Try the following:

    -----------------------------------------------------------

The Awareness that looks out of 'your' eyes is the exact same Awareness that looks out of 'mine'. The only difference is that of location (or access point).  [Note: I'm not talking about thought. I'm talking about Awareness.]

If you really look, you will not be able to find a separate ' I ' that is behind "your" Awareness. The thing you think of as ' I ' does not exist. In Truth, there is no separate ' I '.

    In other words:

    There is no "YOU".

***Take your time and PONDER the above for several minutes***

    The Thought of "YOU"

"The experience is still not 'triggering' (after several attempts of pondering all of the above)."

This is likely the sticking point - Your mind logically assumes that since THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, and SENSATIONS exist (This is true), then a separate "YOU" has to also exist because something has to "own" the THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, SENSATIONS, etc. Thus, the first part of the assumption is true while the second part of the assumption (i.e. a separate "YOU") is false. The second part is not true even though it is quite logical.

It's tricky because it really does FEEL like there's a separate and distinct "YOU". However, it's just a THOUGHT or FEELING or SENSATION. There's nothing other than the THOUGHT, the FEELING, the SENSATION. There is the SENSE of a separate 'self', but no actual, individuated, separate 'self'.

    Questions:

Without an actual 'self', you're left with merely a SENSE, FEELING, THOUGHT, CONCEPT, IDEA, PROJECTION, INKLING, ATTACHMENT of a separate 'self', but nowhere is there an actual, separate "YOU" to be found.

     Question:

***At a later time, take some time and contemplate this***

    The FEELING of Existing

The FEELING of existing & being alive is real. However, the mind incorrectly interprets WHERE that FEELING comes from.

The FEELING of existing & being alive does not originate from a separate "YOU". Amazingly, the FEELING of existing & being alive
is actually coming from the undivided WHOLE of Consciousness (or Awareness, Source, Life, or whatever label you prefer).

In other words, that FEELING of existing that you attribute to "YOU" is actually coming from undivided Consciousness. It is the undivided WHOLE of Consciousness. It is the undivided WHOLE of Awareness.

The greatest falsity in human history all boils down to a misconception made by the mind.

It's an incredible Paradox - The FEELING of existing is not coming from a separate 'self' (even though the mind interprets it that way). That inner FEELING of existing is coming from a unified WHOLE. It is not coming from a separate entity called "YOU".

    In other words:

    THERE IS NO "YOU"

    The Process of Looking

From this point forward, it is no longer based on pondering, contemplating, or questioning. It's now based on LOOKING (for a "YOU").

If "YOU" consist of more than just the THOUGHT, FEELING, SENSATION of a separate entity called "YOU", then there must be some EVIDENCE of "something" more.

You must now LOOK to see where that is.

The definition of 'Looking' is exactly as the word implies - Look for a separate "YOU" as if you were looking for your reading glasses in your room. Through FOCUSED LOOKING, the experience can be 'triggered'.

Now, it's time to earnestly LOOK for that EVIDENCE (of "something" more). Try your best to not come up with logical arguments or some way to make sense of everything. In order to have the experience, you have to do the work.

At this point, you have to literally KEEP LOOKING to find that "something" that is the separate 'thing' called "YOU" (other than a THOUGHT, FEELING, SENSATION).  By going through the PROCESS of Looking, the experience can be 'triggered'.

What is the “YOU” that you think you are?  THERE IS NO "YOU".

  3. I'll never watch porn again
    I'll never watch porn again
Habits of behavior can become deeply ingrained into our mind and body. The can cause so much distress and negatively impact our lives that we reach a breaking point and say "Never Again!!". For some, this moment may have sufficient power to cause permanent change. For example, I used to chew tobacco several times a day. I got to the point that I was facing surgery and facial reconstruction. Not in an abstract way. The actuality of sitting in dentist offices discussing my surgery options. This had an enormous impact on me and I never chewed tobacco again - in spite of how addictive it was. If the negative consequences as so extreme, some people can quit cold turkey. They just stop.
Yet other habit and addictions aren't simply "Never Again". I've had many issues with various habits and addictions I wanted to change. Only the one I mentioned about was "Never Again". Every other habit / addiction had an "again". One thing I learned is that "Never Again" can provide short-term motivation, yet it also creates a strong dynamic of conflict opposition. In this case: I either quit porn 100% and get on the right path or I don't quit porn 100% and I stay on the wrong path. In a sense this is good, yet it a sense it is not. It sets the person up for a continuing cycle of "being good" and "being bad". This new cycle can be very hard to overcome. . . However, moderation has it's problems too. I may say "I will only fap twice a week" or "I will no longer watch porn while fapping". I would say the moderation path is best. If one can moderate themselves and create new less intense habits, that is great progress. However, with strong habits / addictions, it can be very hard to moderate. For many people, they can moderate for a week or so and then revert to previous habits.
When trying to change a habit, this is what works best for me. If I reach a "Never Again" moment of desperation, I will use that energy. I will actually intensify the energy. For example, I will write in a journal all the negative consequences excessive fapping and porn are having in my life. As well, I will write out all the benefits I will gain by reducing or discontinuing fapping/porn. I would also not get to attached to the absolute of "Never Again". That puts an immense amount of pressure and stress on me - I don't like living like that. I need to remember that I am choosing to discontinue a harmful dynamic to take care of my mind and body. Nobody is forcing me to do this. . . I would then:
    1) Set up short-term commitments that are attainable. "I will Never Fap Again" is too ambiguous. The most important thing is to get distance from the habit and allow space from it. Saying "I will never fap again" out of frustration does nothing to promote space. If I was fapping multiple times per day, I would set a firm commitment that I would not fap for 1 week. This may be difficult, yet it is attainable. If I couldn't do it, I would fap with the least amount of impact possible. For example, no porn. Just imagining being with a woman I love. And I wouldn't beat myself up. Don't continue the guilt / shame cycle. If I went from fapping to porn 10X per week with level 8 neurosis and had a week fapping without porn 2X in a week - it is progress and space. The most important thing is to get distance from the intensity of the mind-body pattern.
    2) It may be helpful to set up a support group with guys who have worked through this. I would pick a group that was very positive about the benefits and were not extreme. E.g. I wouldn't associate with people that demonized fapping as immoral or bad or judged people that relapsed or moderated to be failures. A support group can be helpful to get through dynamics that seem to possess us. When I quit chewing tobacco, I participated in an online forum. It was helpful to me and after I had a month or so without chewing, I was able to help newbies trying to kick the habit. However, I would not get so immersed into the group that my new identity became "a fapper or no-fapper". This can turn into a trap. The long-term goal is to become free of porn and fapping addiction such that it is no longer an issue in your life. You are not a "non-fapper". We want to be free of the dynamic so it is a non-issue and we can do other things in life. For example, I don't identify as a "non-chewer" or "recovering chewer". It is a non-issue in my life. I no longer think about it in my life.
    3) Create a new habit to help recondition the mind. Quitting a strong habit can create a void in one's life. Fill that void with something healthy and positive. For example, perhaps the energy of sexual urges can get re-oriented toward something healthy like lifting weights, running or yoga. Start a new healthy habit. Also, one could start looking into the underlying issues that have led to this habit and how to form healthy relationships. For example, if someone wants to quit the habit of smoking weed every night. They may need to look into the underlying reasons. Am I smoking every night to escape an uncomfortable Now? Am I smoking every night to quiet a worrisome mind so I can sleep? Those types of issues may need to be addressed to successfully reduce or discontinue the habit.
    4) Have a plan for when ocd / physical urges to fap arise. These thoughts and feelings can be overwhelming and the mind-body just wants relief from these urges. What will you do when these feelings arise? How can you re-orient yourself? Perhaps meditate or yoga and be with the urges. Or go out into nature - perhaps that will find relief.
    5) Appreciate the small gaps of "freedom". When I first stopped chewing tobacco, my mind and body was craving 100% of the day. Each day, thousands of thoughts and cravings arose. I didn't think it would ever go away. I thought I can't live like this. I wanted relief sooo badly - every day all day. I could barley function in life. Then after about 2 weeks, there was a glimpse of freedom. I was walking in the woods and realized I went about 5 minutes without thinking about or craving chewing tobacco. This was a gamechanger. I now realized that when the ocd/cravings return, they may leave - I just needed to wait it out. Sure enough, as time went on the gaps of freedom got longer as I got distance. I remember going a whole hour without thinking/craving tobacco. I remember the first full day I went without a single thought of tobacco. This gave me lots of joy, hope and motivation. . . The dynamic with fapping is a bit different because there is no "outside" substance and sexuality is a core component of who we are as humans. Part of being a male is that hormones are released that are associated with sexual desires. So you can't really change that. Yet you can change your relationship with your sexuality such that it is free of disturbing associations with porn. . . If you have gaps in your day in which you are not thinking or craving fapping, appreciate those periods and know that you can stretch out those periods of time as you get distance from excessive fapping/porn.

Can tapping into femininity help a guy with having deep passionate sex?
Damn, I double that. You guys are so demonizing pickup and creating all kinds of stories about it, turning it into anti-ideology. But secretly, you want to be treated like that, your soul yearns for it. And the thing is, it is a learned behaviour. It is a learned behaviour to be a man. It is a learned behaviour to be a man that you want.
And modern pickup schools teach it, especially those who add authenticity and spiritual wisdom into it.
Check out this pickup school for example:
    https://www.travelbumcoaching.com/
I'm not a super pro-pickup advocate, by the way, but this thing can be of a great beauty too, be careful to just demonize it because your favorite feminist channel told you to do so (You know what I mean and I don't mean to offend)

  6. Moments
    Moments
Yesterday, I went to a soccer game. Afterwards on the drive home, there was a thought about a play in the game that occurred 30 minutes ago. This was followed by a thought about a similar play I made in a soccer game 30 years ago. Both thoughts occurred "now" and were about "not now". There was no time difference between when the two events occurred. They were both "not now". . . Kinda freaky.

  8. How to build discipline without being neurotic
How to build discipline without being neurotic
I was lazy my whole life until I was around 17, then I tried to build discipline, tried to force myself to read books, meditate, but I became very neurotic about it, blaming myself if I fail, etc. it also didn't work that well, for example i barely learned anything from the books i've read. I stopped trying to be disciplined and just went with the flow, having kind of a backlash and going to the other polar extreme. Right now I do basically what I want, I do manage to do the things I have to do, sometimes. I manage to read books (rather enjoyably and more productively) and study for exams, but just a little, much less than I would actually like to, so I'd like to find a way to be more disciplined without being neurotic.
My proposition for building discipline is this:
Force yourself to do the things you have to, but not too much as to be neurotic. Find the balance. I think with time, the amount of work you can force yourself to do will increase, or even better, you won't need to force yourself (the ideal case).
I presume that tactic will work, because I think the reason we don't want to do things is due to fear of emotional labor. The more we get accustomed to emotional labor, the less we fear, the more discipline we have.
Also, when we think to ourselves "i'll work just a little" instead of "I have to work ALL OUT" the way we approach the work is much lighter, less neurotic, which makes the time working more enjoyable, which makes us associate work with more positive emotion, hence we want to do it more.
Have you ever tried that? Has that worked? What's your way to discipline yourself? Do you even believe in discipline?

Hey guys! I'm gonna upload all the video summaries I have at the moment and will be uploading more of them as I watch them! 10. Using more thoughts or Letting go of thoughs to trascend your neurosis. My opinion
Using more thoughts or Letting go of thoughs to trascend your neurosis. My opinion
Let me contextualize a little bit because if not it will be difficult that you understand me but if you understand me you probably think this is an interesting insight:
The usual approach (fixing thoughts stories with more thoughts)
One thing I picked up from a self-develpoment Youtube channel I saw recently is what I call "thought-techniques" for people who identify themselves as "socially anxious" The classic Psychology approach calls them "facts" because they are supposed to free you of any kind of social anxiety/similar neurosis once you recognize them. I still think they are just thoughts to make you feel good, that´s why I call them "thought-techniques".
One of this techniques that is supposed to alliviate your "socially-anxious symptoms" when you fear, for example, how stupid you looked when you said this thing to that person a long time ago, it´s recognizing the following:
Today, I saw a post I uploaded a long time ago to my social networks, who made me "cringe". Some "negative" thoughts and an emotion arised. However, after that, I used the "thought-technique" I described above, and almost instantly the emotional discomfort dissapeared! (I felt safe).
I have to recognize I totally "catched" that thought. I totally chose to believe that "thought-technique" because it felt gooood. However, in a sense, I feel that using/attaching/believing that thought it wasn´t such a wise action as it seems. By having that "anchor", I don´t actually surrendered to the fear of appearing cringe to other people.
Some intuition tells me that I have to use more of an inclusive approach instead of this "thought-aids". Now I explain it below:
A different approach (Letting go of try to fix thoughs):
Again, a little more of context to explain correctly:
I want to start to socializing with more people that my few friends and family, also, to pick-up girls.
I just came back from the city centre/pubs, I ran into a couple of acquaintances but I didn´t talked much to them, we said goodbye, and afterwards I stayed there, in a busy street seeing how I felt, I was a little burn out today to actually try to start approach anyone or do anything social in that moment, I just wanted to finish breathing a little more of social stimulation before going back home, when suddenly recognized very clear a thought that was there (and was the reason I was feeling a sort of discomfort of anxiety in my body). The thought was the following:
Now, I could use a lot of rationalizations and thought-techniques to try to prove the above thought as "false", however, I choose not to. Not because I think it accurately represents reality, but because the thought I´m going to use to make me feel better or prove the above one wrong, I have the intuition it doesn´t actually represents reality neither.
What I think is a better approach is to actually not try to "fix" that above thought. Not try to prove it "false". Not try to run away from it.
This intuition tells me this fear of appearing cringe/weirdo/inferior I´ll end up having to surrender it. Not try to run away from it.
Now, how do it? I´m going to slowly start recognize these kind of fear thoughts and don´t give them the "thought-technique" so usually. I´m going to observe them and not jump to the conclusion that they are bad and instantly try to fix them or prove them false.
Before doing that I´ll recognize them, and I´ll realize it´s all happening under the same...even if I´m the weirdest human in the planet, this weirdest/cringest creature it is been produced by and within the Light. The Light, presence, isness, actually loves the cringiest act as much as the most "cool" act. Is not only that it loves it. It IS IT.
From that point, is just surrendering. Surrendering to the fear of being "x" and actually recognize that been whatever one is, is totally OK. Not conceptually OK, metaphysically, acceptance, light, loveness OK.
@Nahm A big hug because you are been such inspiring in this journey
@Serotoninluv You too, your insights sometimes motivates to consider there is really a different form of looking.

  11. Looking for sources about victim mindset especially and neuroticism?
Looking for sources about victim mindset especially and neuroticism?
Hey man! First off, beautiful name. You made that name for a reason.  I think in part you can try to deal with the emotions by meditating and what not. I will say one thing, ever since I decide to become a problem solver, solution-oriented person shit has gotten a lot easier. Rather than "healing" myself, I've focused on the immediate problems I have on hand and committing to fixing them 100% immediately with the least aversion I am capable at that very moment. I'm unsure what they would be for you, but for me they include:
-MASSIVE contempt and aversion towards university. That has caused me to fall really behind and even fail an entire semester, take breaks, etc... and my mindset of resistance caused this shit. Would have been easier if I just got the thing done and STFU. Would have been finished a year ago as a matter of fact.
-Another one is dating... I'm very idealistic and so I have notions about how things should be blah blah blah, so maybe I rationalize a lot. Probably the same thing that caused me to fall behind with school. But the truth is, if I again STFU and just did the fucking thing that Zan Perrion said or RSD Tyler than I could have gotten this shit taken care of 2 years ago rather than doubting the entire thing entirely and dabbling.

Things like this have been my issue. Does it relate to you? Maybe not... But here's what I learned! YOU NEED TO FUCKING TRUST YOURSELF. DO YOU KNOW WHY PEOPLE LISTEN TO LEO, SADGHURU, TONY ROBBINS? BECAUSE THEY SPEAK WITH CONVICTION! So... people readily line up to follow people like this since it helps them take care of the uncertainty and fear. To follow someone who appears to be an authority. Human nature. However, the best person to give that authority to is yourself. You've been in your body for 27 years man. Stop letting those emotions toss you around. You are the best authority over your life. Not Leo, not me, not Sadghuru or anyone else. If you give yourself full authority, then over time your emotions will follow your lead.
Definitely not a bad idea to have a mentor in a specific areas if it helps build a certain skill set but when it comes to you personally, you are the best authority and if I were you I WOULD LISTEN TO HIM.

  12. My Top 10 Biggest Traps In Self-Actualization
My Top 10 Biggest Traps In Self-Actualization
I have narrow all the traps I faced in self-actualizing to the ten biggest ones. These are the traps that I personality had trouble with the most. Feel free to share your list of top 10 traps.
Top 10 traps (biggest to smallest):
Realizing life is meaningless and not having desires. Desires do not cause suffering. You will be swept by unconscious desires if you have no meaning. Realizing the NOW or realizing thoughts/symbols are not the thing and thinking that is the end. It's the beginning. Not learning concentration, thinking letting the mind wander all the time is a good thing. Concentration is letting go, not suppression. Exerting effort is not bad. Not realizing intuition. Once you do you will go from negative to positive motivation. Differentiate between subconscious biases and intuition. Realizing the limitations of thinking and trying not to use it at all. Thinking, symbols, and words are very useful and necessary.  Not realizing awareness has degrees. I find doing various practices increases consciousness, it's not constant all the time.   Not having any ideals/vision to strive to. You need goals and ideals to guide you on the journey. Connects to 1,2 ,4 and 5. Ignoring the subconscious. It will come out when you least expect. It clouds judgement and intuition. Not paying attention to everyday life/survival. It will become a bottle neck to your growth. Thinking pleasure/comfort is happiness. It will lead to negative motivation. Suffer more mindfully, suffering is not bad.  There are many more traps but these are the most time consuming ones for me.
You will notice that many of these traps are preceded by a realization. This happens when realizations are not deep enough, or we don’t see all aspects of the realization, or when we emphasize some aspects of it too much. Little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
Most of these traps come from reading and listening to Jiddu Krishnamurti and some UG Krishnamurti. From what I got, J Krishnamurti basically taught differentiating our thoughts from the thing/reality to see the NOW. Which is good but his teaching put too much emphasis on that and not on things like concentration. He also didn't believe in any practices. Ime practices like meditation, concentration, and yoga increase my awareness. He leaves out A LOT and puts too much emphasis on some things. Be wary of these traps above when reading these krishnamurtis.
My advice would be to not stick to one teacher or technique but to explore many. That way you can avoid falling in their traps. You can see which ones increase your awareness the most and which ones don't.
Lastly, having a desire to improve, a vision and disciplining the mind is crucial, let no one tell you otherwise.

People on stages in spiral belives people on other stages in spiral are insane or deluded.
Blue - Yellow growth = 1%. Turquoise is where 99% of the work starts. Physical reality will start to disolve -  everything you thought were obvious about the world. At Turqoise you are ready to jailbreak the mind and discover what is beyond the mind.

Science never really tells you how you should apply this in your life and what you can do with this which this to actually develop yourself
Science boils down to quantification and measurements. (Measuring reality with a ruler, in verious form and writing down the data)

Very big perspective of what life is about
Not about me becoming rich, famous or successful. Or fighthing for some political cause for my little group. Not about saving the whales, a hierarchy, a civilization. Its about getting all of mankind to awaken to the magnificence of existence. To which most of mankind is utterly asleep. (Most people have not met a turquoise human being, they excist but are very rare)

    Essence of Turquoise

Collectivist (different from green, Manifesting the self for the benefit of existential reality, life)
    • Holistic
    • Global collectivist
    • Self transcendent
    • To experience the wholeness of existence through mind and spirit The world is seen as a single dynamic organism with its own collective mind. Everything connects to everything else, alot of boundaries break down and there are alot of ecological alignments. The universe is alive and intelligent. Its not a dumb clockwork machine.
    • Interesting in building a human communtiy based on mystical wisdom. (the deepest wisdom that is possible to access for mankind)
    • Interested in cooparate action for elevating the consciousness of mankind
    • Turqoise is a synthesis of the left and right brain, east and west science and religion, mind, body, spirit and heart. All of it coming togheter to function very smoothly and effortlessly for the benefit of all of life and of consciousness.
    • People at turquoise usually become gurus, sages, teachers, leaders, visionaries, healers and clairvoyance

    When does Turquoise emerge?

    • With realization that yellow has that it alone no matter how much it models and understands stuff it cannot solve the worlds problems just through its systemic understanding
    • When yellow starts to see the consciouseness unifies everything and everyone.
The idea that consciousness is central. All verious problems mankind have all boils down to consciousness
    • When Yellow starts to see very deeply the limits of thinking and modeling and the scientific method, reason and logic. Ready to go beyond the mind
    • When yellow starts to realize that all of the answers and understanding that it has developed so far has not been the ultimate answer.
    • Emerges with very serious spiritual practice
    • Turquoise is a flowering of mysticism.
    • With the transcendence of your ego
    • Awereness of Maya The dream that we are in, when you start to realize that whats happening in here is a game, its a virtual simulation, its a hallucination, there is nothing tangible about whats happening right here or about this body. All the ways that the mind deludes us and creates these very solid seeming tangible illusions.
    • When Yellow realize the mind and the undersanding of it self does not bring happiness
    • Shift from learning about stuff to being one with the many

    Turquoise Values

    • Consciousness
    • Truth - Existensial and metaphysical
    • Deep metaphysical insights
    • Metaphysics
    • Wisdom / Wisdom of nature Wisdom is not something just human beings have, its inherent to all of reality because the boundary between human beings and reality starts to break
    • Mysticism, spirituality and non-duality, god and divinity
God and divinity are very different ideas from at blue. (blue=bearded anthropomorphic bearded man in the clouds, This right here is God. God is consciousness.
    • Holism, integration and synthesis vs analysis (interconnect)
    • Left and right brain synthesis
    • Honesty, transparancy and radical authenticity
    • Being. vs knowing, doing and having.
    • Simplicity, flowing with nature, effortless plesureable life
    • Minimalist sustainable living, collaborative syngergy, human wellness
    • Healing, the physical, emotional and spiritual dimension
    • Exploring altered states of consciousness
    • Intuiton, channeling or direct downloads from infinite intelligence
    • Supernatural degrees of creativity
    • Supernatural visionary (see connections that mankind will not see yet),
    • Spiritual purification
    • Awakening, transendence, libeartion, unconditional love, compassion for all, emotional mastery, presence, mindfullness, paradox, esoteric teachings, gratitude, unity, deeper and deeper levels of interconnectedness, selfless living, sacrificing the self for greater consciousness of the whole, meditation, yoga, contemplation, self-inquiry.
    • Not knowing and humility, spontaneity, playfulness and self-amusement
    • Tends to be light hearted Ego is the heavy hearted with fears and problems
    • The really big picture

    Distinct Turquoise with Green

    • Real mysticism vs new-agey faddish spiritual practices Casual meditation vs at turquoise you start to have industrial levels of meditation and contemplation
    • Turquoise is informed by direct non-dual experiences rather than beliefs and ideas.
    • Embraces global collectivism without attacking the individual like green did
    • Turquoise is consciuouss of the spiral and is a spiral wizard.
    • Not as triggered by injustices.
    • There is acceptance from deep understanding of intolerance, conflict, war, violence, greed and evil. (where as green just reacting against them, against orange greed and materialism, turqiouese understands thats life, how the ego evolves. Its not because they are bad, its because they are a treat to you(ego))
    • Avoids mob mentality that comes with green.
    • Awareness of ego and there is more mindfullness and presence in turquoise
    • More emotional mastery than green
    • Non reactive and detached vs green was very reactive and attached
    • Effective solving large problems vs getting togheter and talk/protest.

    Characteristics of Turquoise

    • Turquoise sees the human race as a single organism Everything is connected. Sees the dissolution of the physical boundaries between self and other. Such that you can no longer differntiate between your physical body, the universe and your enemies. (there is no difference between you and coffee table)
    • Use the world as interlinked causes and effects in interacting fields of energy.
    • For turquiose there is joint activity accross groups, factions and communities spiritual bonds pull people togheter, communities are not just physical but also conecptual because "physical" is actually a concept. Physical itself is not physical.
    • Feelings and emotions come back into play
    • Work must be meaningful to the overall health of life
    • Deep trust of intuition and instinct
    • The self is a part of a large conscious spiritual whole you are not just a little individual human being or human body as you've always thought
    • Non -manipulative -ideological and -judgemental.
    • Not driven by fear or selfless selifshness
    • Does not play victim or blame games
    • Deeper mental and spiritual capacites are awakened
    • New sences and abilites you would think were superhuman become ordinary and human. There is new control over bodily processes, there is a heightened sensory awareness.
    • Paranormal abilities can develop or as the Yogi's call the cities.
    • Healing abilities, telepathy, astral projection, ESP, clairvoyance and remote viewing which seems odderly fantastical, religious and superstitious to stages below which are stuck in material paradgim.
    • The mystical becomes the mundane, the paranormal becomes normal.
    • Having inspiring levels of emotional mastery
    • Likes minimalist living. Less is more.
    • Ecologicaly conscious like green was.
    • Being visionary and being an inspiring leader
    • There is a unification of science, technology, medicine and mysticism
    • Deep understanding and unification of all religions, picks the best parts of them and throw away all the junk, corruption and ego stuff that has corrupted those traditions. All of them are really pointing to the same stuff.
    • There is a synthesis with western technology and eastern mysticism.
    • Theres an understanding of the fullness of the spiral and turquoise uses all the layers proactively and holistically
    • Sees everything at once before doing anything spesific
    • There is a colletive imperative and there is mutual interdependencies that reign supreme over your individual egoic needs.
    • If turquoise is engaged in business its gonna be a business with soul that probably tries to awaken you in some fashion.
    • There is a sense of a greater community bulit around spiritual emobidment. Turquoise is the 6. and 7. chakra
    • Turquoise action comes from selfless love and open heart
    • Has a great mental and behavioral flexibility
    • Sexual desire is transmuted into metaphysical love. (not always the case but for really exceptional turquoise people, outgrown from the lower chakras)
    • Excellent in dealing with paradoxes
    • Tend to be very wise and teach in unorthodox styles.
    • Is post rional and post material
    • Connects to being rather than quantifying or categorizing the world. That enterprise is over. Its way too limited.
    • Is non-linear
    • Is human-centered
    • Has a supernatural intuition
    • Has an ability to connect to source
    • Tends to have high integrity and is able to actually follow through that integrity
    • For Turquoise the universe is both impersonal and deeply personal. And thats a paradox they resolve. (need to be experienced to understand)
    • Turquoise is conscious of the miracle of life. Everything becomes mystical, amazing and magical.
    • Has a constant attention to ever-expanding implications of everything.
    • Turquoise is even a deeper systems thinker than yellow was. Systems now are not just mechanical things, they are alive, imbued with intelligence. Intelligence is not something that human beings possess the way that orange arrogantly belives. Intelligence is permeated through the entire universe. Every aspect of being is intelligent. The entire arrangement of the univcerse is infinte intelligence at work.
    • For Turquoise life consists of fractals. You can see all the interconnections in the fractal nature of everything. Can see the micro right throgh to the macro.
    • Stands in awe at the cosmic order from quarks to cells to humans, trees, cars, to galaxasies and big bang. All of it is awesome, miracle, magical, amazing, all of it interconnects with everything else.
    • For Turquoise reality can be experienced but never truly known. Reality is fundamentally irreducibly, mysterious and mystical.
    • There is a dissolution of the ego.
    • For turquoise there is a paradox that on the one hand life is the most important thing there is and yet on the other hand my own life is completly unimportant. My death does not matter.
    • Turquoise can detect the harmonic forces which govern organizations, which makes turquoise good at leading and running organizations
    • Turquoise is good by setting a good example/being a good role model
    • Turquoise is a movement away from the gross materialism. From gross stuff to subtle stuff turquoise develops the capacity to sense the subtle aspects of reality.
    • Going from the external to the internal
    • There is a transcendence of morality, meaning, judgement, life and death, duality, mind, reason, science and good and evil.
    • Is finally able to have really deep honest meaningful relationships and communication. Beyond the shallow petty clinginess, neediness and materialism that came with orange, green and yellow. The reason we have shitty relationships is because we have relationships to statisfy our own needs. Gross materialistic needs. They are all about manipulation. Not sustainable and thats why it ends. Turquoise is relating from a non needy place, from a much more honest place. These types of relationships are like next-level/super human relationships. As orange or green you dont know what a true communication face-to-face with a human being is because you are so wrapped up in your own ego and unconscious of the dynamics that the ego is playing and how it is distorting your ability to relate to other people and to communicate honestly with other people. Examples of Turquoise
    • Sadguru, the Isha foundation,
    • Shunya Murti, a western Yogi from costa rica (example of Intergration of all religions, science and holism)
    • Thomas Campbell
    • Yoda (globalist community minded and mystical)

    • Sacred geometry, reincarnation, opening chakras
    • Saints, sages, mystics and prophets.

Less then 0,1% of the global population is at Turquoise
Turquiose has less than 1% of total world influence or power

Style of Government: we do not really have any examples yet. We have some small communities.
Based on these small communities it would look something like this:
A holistic organism, micro management of all life-forms torwards common good in respone to macro problems. What life means supersedes any special, natural ethnic or ideological groupings. The purpose of this society is to elevate the consciousness of all of mankind.

    Spiral dynamics vs Non-duality

    • You can be in a non-dual state but not stage turquoise.
    • Spiral dynamics is more about how culture becoming more complicated and sophisticated and dealing with more complicating problems
    • Non-duality is another variable.

    Turquoise Slogans

Everything is one, we are all god, You are already enlightned, everyting is perfect and at the same time everything is evolving, to see a world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wild flower, the kingdom of heaven is within, forgive them father for they know not what they do, I am that, life is a dream.

    What triggers Turquoise?

Not that much, you worked alot on non-judgemental and detachment. Turquoise is quite understandning of how Maya works, how ignorrant works (where triggering basically comes from). Has a fairly robust degree of emotional maturity and mastery which helps to take the edge of alot of stuff.
    • The insanity of the world - sees how unsustainable all these actions are.
    • The status quo. - frustrating that our government, politics and economics are still at such a low level of development.
    • Myopia - the limitied vision that people can have.
    • Materialistic corruption
    • Profit over truth and spirit
    • Profit over heart
    • Dogmatic, scientism and rationalsim - quantifying
    • Ecological dysfunction
    • By the collective suffering of mankind. All of mankind suffering is largely self-inflicted.
    • By little petty mundane affairs.

    Turquoise limitations/unhealthy manifistations

    • Can become too mystical and too spiritual. To the point where they become unconcerned with earthly problems. Where they can just go off and live in a cave all by themseleves or like a hermit.
    • They sort of live in their own reality. They are so advanced that it is hard for other people to understand them. They can teach very advanced things that are difficult to relate to for avarge folk. Theirfor they can be misunderstood or their teachings can just fly over peoples heads.
    • Can develop a guru complex. Feeds your spiritual ego. Devlop cults.
    • Life can become sort of meaningless. Your are just in a dream.
    • Can deny the importance of political issues.
    • Can assume that other people are just as capable of awakening as they are.
    • There can be community division on a grand scale. Turquoise can develop into sort of mega tribes. Turquoise is a mirror or a parallel to purple. Turquioise is also trible but no more enlightned tribalism. There can be conflict and division between these turquoise mega tribes.
    • Can become stuck on shallow levels of enlightenment or non-duality. Theres many grees to awakening. Some gurus will have 10-100 more real depth of understandings than other ones. Does not realize there is deeper levels.
    • Non-duality wars. Certain gurus criticize other gurus from different traditions. Teaching debates, whos more enlightned and what does it really mean.
    • Maha Samadhi. So enlightned that you actually leave your body.

    Dont overidealize turquiose

Dont think Turquoise is perfect. A person can not be turquoise if hes not perfect. That he can not do mistakes. Turqouise does not make you moral or good at all. Does not make you special. Egoic goal. Turquoise does not make you enlighetned. Enlightned is an own thing. Dont confuse it with spiral dynamics. Does not make you immune to false beliefs, cultural biases. Culture is something thats rooted very deeply in your mind. Even if you become enlightned you will still have cultural beliefs, preferences and values which are operating on you just from the culture you grew up in. You can be closed to other traditions or cultures just by not opening yourself up to them or not being familiar enough with them.
Turquoise does not make you immune to dangerous social ideas. Its still possible that you will hurt people. Not immune to sexual cravings or addictions.

    How to transcend turquoise

You should not worry about transcending turquoise, but embodying turquoise. You can do for 40 years. Your goal should be to pursue non-duality to its fullest and really to transcend spiral dynamics.

    How to emobody Turquoise

    • Make sure you have a hardcore industrial-grade spiritual practice going. (Meditation, yoga, self-inquiry, contemplation or whatever else)
    • Contemplate everything.
    • Embody unconditional love.
    • Long solo retreats - very helpfull for deepning your connection with being.
    • Spiritual purification work of various kind. (shadow work)
    • Do 5Meo-DMT
    • Join or start spiritual community
    • Read turquoise books
    • Meet turquoise sages face to face
    • Study many religions.
    • Study cutting-edge science.
    • Study non-dual theory deeply - read at least 30 books.
    • Open your chakras, specially the lower ones and heart chakra.
    • Transumte your sexual energy.
    • Learn alternative healing techniques
    • Make sure you go back and master all the stages.
    • Keep watching actualized.org.

  15. Meditation And Neurosis
    Meditation And Neurosis
In my quest to cure my depression among other mental health struggles, I found an interesting excerpt.  Chogyam Trungpa is the author I believe but I cannot find the publication it was taken from, I want to read more from this publication, says it was an excerpt from 1976.  The link is titled "The Psychology of Meditation" but I have copy/pasted the text below.
    The Psychology of Meditation
    Chogyam Trungpa

"Meditation is a way of working with neurosis of ego, so in order to understand the psychology of meditation we must understand the dynamics of that neurosis. According to Buddhist psychology, the basis of ego is the tendency to solidify energy into a barrier that separates space into two entities, I and Other; the space in here and the space out there. This process is technically termed dualistic fixation. First there is the initial creation of the barrier, which is the sensing of other, and then the inference of inner or I. This is the birth of ego. We identify with what is in here and struggle to relate to what is out there. The barrier causes an imbalance between inside and outside. The struggle to redress the imbalance further solidifies the wall. The irony of the barrier creating process is that we lose track of the fact that we have created the barrier and, instead, act as if it was always there. After the initial creation of I and Other, I feels the territory outside itself, determining if it is threatening, attractive or uninteresting.
Feeling the environment is followed by impulsive action, passion, aggression or ignoring. Pulling in what is seductive, pushing away what is threatening or repelling, ignoring what is uninteresting or irritating.
But feeling and impulsive action are crude ways of defending and enhancing ego. The next response is conceptual discrimination, fitting phenomena into categories, which makes the world much more manageable and intelligible.
Finally, whole fantasy worlds are created to shield and entertain ego. Emotions are the highlights of the fantasies while discursive thoughts, images and memories sustain the story line. A story of ego's hopes and fears, victories and defeats, virtues and vices is developed. In highly neurotic people, elaborate subplots or problems then develop from the initial drama. The subplots become very complicated and compelling, often overshadowing the main drama. In psychotic people, the subplots completely overshadow the main drama.
The different stages of ego development-the initial split of I and Other, feeling, impulse, conceptualization and the various fantasy worlds-are technically referred to in the Buddhist traditions the five skandhas. From moment to moment the five skandhas are recreated in such a manner that it seems the ego drama is continuous. Clinging to the apparent continuity and solidity of ego, ceaselessly trying to maintain I and Mine, is the root of neurosis. (This effort clashes with the inevitability of change, with the ever-recurring death and birth of ego, and therefore causes suffering.)
One sees the world in terms of I and the Threat, I and the Seduction; and consequently either moves out and tries to grab hold of phenomena or holds back from them, withdrawing into a defensive posture. Such clinging creates a sense of alienation which panics us into struggling to restore the balance that has been upset. Seemingly pleasurable objects become more seductive and seemingly hostile objects become more threatening. So the more one struggles either to gain pleasure or avoid pain, the more one creates dissatisfaction. One can go so far as to lose contact with the ground, which is psychosis. Or one can stabilize in a defensive way, which is what a neurotic person does. The particular neurosis you create depends on your style of relating to the world-defensive, seductive, manipulative, encompassing or ignoring. But whatever your style, the degree to which you are neurotic depends on the extent to which you are struggling to make yourself comfortable; which is ironic, because it is the effort to make ourselves comfortable that creates the discomfort.
On the other hand, there is the possibility of breaking the chain of panic and struggle by opening to what is, by dropping the attempt continually to maintain one's security. One can define meditation as a process of letting go, of giving up conflict, not in a passive, spineless sense, but in the sense of being present yet not manipulative. So we are faced with the moment-to-moment alternative of either opening to space, of being in harmony with it, or of solidifying and fixating it.
One must be careful not to fall into the trap of superficially letting go. What one is doing in that case is trying to compensate for the discomfort of life by smoothing it over, by trying to make oneself at ease. In the case of highly neurotic persons, their awkward attempts at easing their discomfort are obvious. But in the case of spiritual techniques such covering over is harder to detect. Rather than softening reality, meditation is a process of clearly seeing it. A good example is Don Juan's approach to fear. He does not offer Carlos a technique to dilute fear. Instead he tells Carlos to live with fear, live with death, make death his companion, make fear his companion; but never succumb to them. "

  18. Mind Attacks After Initial Seeing
    Mind Attacks After Initial Seeing
This is intended as a guide and a sharing of experiences after the initial "seeing".
A little bit of an explanation:
After initial seeing of the reality of no self, mind will begin to come back with a vengeance for a while, probing into the most intimate corners of your being, as if to ask if you are sure that you want to pursue this.
    First attack is usually:
"what you saw was either not real or you didn't see it at all or you've imagined it" etc. This is where people usually get lost. For some, they go back to believing their minds. They lost touch with their inner intelligence because they are so caught up in fears and lack of self trust. They stop seeing the help that is being given to them in order to transcend, lose insights and intuition, only to come back to them weeks or months or years later - usually due to life frustrations that keeps pushing them to continue.
Solution: deepen your seeing. Keep inquiring who is the one that doesn't believe, Keep going back into "observer mode". Don't believe anything you mind is telling you. IT IS NOT REAL!
Once you have deepened your seeing, You will receive some kind of help through synchronicity, new openings, new forms of seeing the reality and understanding it.
Second series of attacks involve your deepest programming and insecurities. Situations will present themselves to trigger what you cling to as a person. It will seem VERY real and frightening. This is where a guide is very important. Someone that can keep you steady and focused so that you don't give up. Different dynamics in the job area, family area, interpersonal relationships are beginning to manifest and everyone around you will try to pull you back into who they need you to be.
I call such attacks HELL. They have a feeling about them that is so definitive, like a surgeon that cuts off parts of yourself. BTW, they will only cut parts of who you are not, of your own illusory construction.
How to deal with such attacks. Usually during the first attacks of this type, you completely "lose it". You lose the seeing, the observer, the guide, the God and everything seems to go into a full panic mode. Body reacts in a myriad of ways - pains, aches, shaking, vomiting, trouble breathing, sharp knives, cold, hot, etc. Mind is going completely bonkers. If you can get in touch with the one that sees that and just let it happen, if you stop pushing it away, if you can fully feel the body's reactions, it will pass.
Use any or all of these "affirmations" :
this has come and it will go this is only tearing apart things which I am not I am seeing all of this, it is not me I cannot be killed let go It is also very possible that you also lose the confidence and the trust in your guide at this time, because of the association of mind: "it is because of this person that I am into this mess". You need to prepare for this one in advance. Build trust and look into this, BEFORE. A good guru or guide will warn you about this and put in place techniques to reach out to him in those moments. I have a list of videos and one or two people to help me when/if this still arises. The help consists in the reassurance that all that's needed is to stay as the Self and watch all this.
There's also a strong pull to just go back to sleep during this phase, as you see your self-made construction dissolve. It can manifest as suicidal thoughts, refusal to continue the looking, negating the guide, going back into certain pattern of behavior, throwing away all the books, deleting the videos, etc etc. Those, are also thoughts and you need to look at them as such. Keep going in.
As an ending to this initial post, I want to say that if you read this and you know what I'm talking about, hopefully it will help you stay on the right track and reassure you.
Every Enlightened Master has passed through this narrow space in order to transcend. For each of us, the experience seems different but it has the same roots and flavors. Keep in mind that TRUTH NEVER ATTACKS YOU, and if it does, it only attacks parts of who you are not!
