Yes, it's annoying to move, but you'll be glad you did. Consider it part of your personal development process. An important part of personal development is setting up your own personal sanctuary at home where no assholes can interrupt you. Don't treat this as unimportant. Your home is important.

Ignorance is bliss -- in the short term.
But also, don't underestimate how bad your friends' lives are. Your friends are miserable deep down and their lives are a house of cards which can easily get knocked over.
They have been practicing mindlessness. That's why. When you don't contemplate life, life is easier. You just live like animal.

It is a mistake to compare yourself to others, compare yourself to your old self.
No! They are morons. Which, oddly, makes them happier.
Living a contemplative life is hard.
Which is why your friends aren't doing it.
The reality is that you have hardly even begun to do consciousness work. You think you're doing it, but you've only dipped your toe in the water, hence you don't have much results.
If you are going to pursue a conscious life, you have to hold yourself to very different standards than average people. You take on WAY more responsibility.
But also: Don't forget to have fun too! Don't be too serious about life.

You have to take into account those radical things I said are true ONLY from extremely radical, super-human states of consciousness.
Not only are these things impossible from your current state of consciousness, they are not even imaginable. You cannot imagine how it is possible. Because your consciousness is nowhere close to super-human right now. You are like a donkey trying to make sense of calculus.
More broadly, this topic of Siddhis has been discussed and confirmed by most of the greatest mystics. So I am not saying anything unusual here. This is par for the course if you are an advanced spiritual student. But if you are a normie materialist, rationalist -- yeah, it makes no sense whatsoever.
I have personally experienced telepathy and many other even more magical and radical things that no materialist would believe are possible. Let me assure you, consciousness is not limited in any way. There is nothing impossible for consciousness to do if it wants to do them. BUT! That does not mean your ego will get to control theses things, in the way materialists hope and imagine.

I find this list important, as I do not want to be duped (smile) on my spiritual path by any book or teacher not yet teaching from the conscious level of (500+ which is unconditional non-duality love.)
Hawkins’ Consciousness Scale ranges from 0-1000, (1000 is the Highest Level of pure/consciousness humanly possible.)
“The great avatars that set the ultimate paradigm of reality and standard of conduct for all of humanity for thousands of years. Of those, the Lords Krishna, Buddha, Zoroaster, and Jesus Christ all calibrate at 1,000. All the names for Divinity calibrate as Infinity. The revered great sages and their teachings calibrate in the 700 (extremely rare), such Huang Po and Ramana Maharshi.”

After being a student of Dr.  Hawkins for a while now,  I can share with you that I have forever been changed by his love. Although I’m not yet Enlightened I’m certainly on the path and nothing would take me off it, as I have discovered God’s Love is my LIFE.
According to Hawkins we, as humans, live at vastly different “levels” of consciousness. All these levels, along with the “truth level” of ANY true/false style inquiry, can be tested for truth and numerically “calibrated” through muscle testing, on a logarithmic scale of 1-1000. According to Hawkins, any person, concept, thought or object that calibrates at 200 (The level of Integrity) or above is positive (“power”); anything below 200 is negative (“force”). So far, so good. Hawkins’ “map of the levels of human consciousness” is highly consistent with most spiritual teachings, running the range from Shame (lowest) to Enlightenment (highest). Hawkins’ descriptions of the levels are accurate; his personal growth coverage , positive energy and similar concepts are spiritually sound.

Below is Dr. David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. ‘List’ of calibrated Spiritual Teachers/Teachings/Places/Books and Mantras that are over the conscious level of 500 UNCONDITIONAL LOVE:
[500] – LOVE
This level is categorized by love that is very close to being unconditional, unchanging, and permanent. It does not fluctuate nor does it depend on external factors. Love is a state of being. It is a forgiving, nurturing, and a supportive way of relating to the world. It is not intellectual and does not come from the human mind. Love radiates from the heart Chakra. It has the capacity to life others and accomplishes great feats because of its purity of motive. At this level of consciousness, the capacity to discern essence becomes predominant. The core of an issue becomes the center of focus. As reason is bypassed, there arises the capacity for instantaneous recognition of the totality of a problem. Reason only deals with particulars, whereas Love deals with entireties. This ability, often called intuition, is the capacity for instantaneous understanding without resorting to sequential symbol processing. There is a major paradigm shift in those things, which seemed real, which now seem unreal and vice versa. This level opens to door to benevolence, mercy, and Forgiveness through understanding and nonjudgmental. Only 4% of the entire population of the earth attains this level. Because of the dominating power of light over darkness, one individual at this level counterbalances 750,000 people below the 200 levels. This is the level at which spirituality starts, since below this, individuals are still caught up in the linear world. Also the level of a songbird’s song, cat’s purr, and a dog’s wagging tail.

The level of valor. Also the level of Dante.
[510] –
The current level of Catholicism. Also the level of the Ganges River, which demonstrates the power of spiritual intention, the power of prayer. It calibrates there despite having sewage from 100 metropolitan areas, all kinds of filth, even bodies.
[520] –
This level interestingly sees much country music, which may be due to the lyrics often speaking about the problems of the heart, emotionally speaking.
[535] –
The energy level of Christmas, which is probably due to the common practice of giving gifts to others and having festive celebrations with good tidings.
[540] –
Joy – At this level, love truly becomes unconditional. It becomes experienced as inner joy. This is not the sudden feeling of joy because of a turn of events. Rather, it is a constant accompaniment in everything the individual does in every moment of his or her life. Joy comes from each moment of existence. This is also the level of healing and spiritually based self-help groups. What has been known as ‘miracles’ occurs when someone is at this level of consciousness. Only 0.4% of the global population is at this level. This is also the level of truth of Christian practice in the 6th century AD. This is the level at which the third eye opens, physically known as the Pineal Gland. Devotional acts calibrate at 540, because of the power of their intention. Includes folding hands in prayer, kneeling to pray, genuflection, praying at the Wailing Wall, turning a prayer wheel, etc.
[540+] –
From this level upward, it is the domain of saints, advanced spiritual students, and healers. A capacity for enormous patience and the persistence of a positive attitude in the face of prolonged adversity is characteristic of this level. The hallmark of this state is Compassion.
[540] –
The calibration of the music of George Harrison, on an overall basis. Also the level of Socrates.
[540-600] –
This level of consciousness is reached after a person has a Near Death Experience, which are spiritually transformative and allowed individuals to quickly get to this level. At this level, the world seems illuminated by the beauty and perfection of creation. Everything happens effortlessly, by synchronicity, and the world and everything in it is seen to be an expression of love and divinity. A Presence is felt whose power facilitates phenomena outside conventional expectations of reality, and often termed ‘miraculous’ by the ordinary observer. The spiritual teachers in this level are the ones who have the most contact with significant numbers of people. At this level, joy leads many to become spiritual and inspirational teachers, healers, great artists, or even architects who create the great cathedrals that involve sacred geometry, great inspirational music, and the production of beauty in all its forms. Many major persuasions of Christianity including Roman Catholicism, Anglicanism, Christian Science, and many small denominations such as the Quakers calibrate on this level.

Carl Jung was at this level. Sigmund Freud was below the level of 500 because of his denial of man’s spirituality, whereas Jung affirmed the spiritual nature of human beings.
[575] –
The level consciousness of ecstasy.
[600]-
A Course in Miracles (Workbook year of 365 days of lessons.)
According to David Hawkins, ACIM calibrates around 600+, making it very factual, and quite enlightening. Here is what Hawkins says about the Bible:

The Old Testament calibrates at only 190. However, Genesis is at 660, Psalms is 650, Proverbs is 350. If these are excluded then the remaining Old Testament calibrates at only 125. The New Testament calibrates at 640. However if Revelations were removed (calibrates at only 70) then the New Testament would calibrate at 790.
The current bible calibrates at 475 as a whole. To make it authentically “Holy” as the title implies, it would have to exclude all of the books of the Old Testament (except Genesis, Psalms and Proverbs) and Revelations. If that were done, then the bible would be truly “Holy” and calibrate at over 740. Importantly, the Lamsa version of the bible (Translated from Aramaic, Jesus’ language) is more accurate than the King James Version (translated from Greek). It calibrates 20 points higher. If the Lamsa bible excluded the old testament (except Genesis, Psalms, Proverbs) and revelations it would calibrate at 810. If Revelations were removed from the Lamsa version of the New Testament, it would calibrate at a whopping 880.
Society calibrates at 204 I think he said, with great minds on earth calibrating around 499-510 ranges.
So at least according to Hawkins, ACIM is very important and highly relevant work. Hawkins own books calibrate from 850-999.5 ranges them, with 1000 being maximum for humanity – that is what Jesus was when he was walking the earth. Hawkins further says that in his calibration studies, students of ACIM at lesson 75 become “Immune” to negative stimuli. He says that this seems to be the critical point in the studies, but that they must be followed from 1-75 before it all really clicks for people.

Peace
– This level is associated with the experience designated by such terms as transcendence, Self-Realization, and Christ consciousness. It is extremely rare. Only 1 in 10,000,000 attain this at any given time. It is quite common that individuals at this level remove themselves from society, as the state of bliss that ensues precludes ordinary activity. Some become spiritual teachers; others work anonymously for the betterment of mankind. A few also become great geniuses in their respective fields and make major contributions to society. These individuals are saintly and may eventually be officially designated as such, although at this level, formal religion is commonly transcended and replaced by pure spirituality, from which religions originated. Bliss intervenes at this level and worldly activities stop, sometimes permanently. This level is also noted for the crossing over from the perceptual world of duality, to the perceptual world of Nonduality. Beyond this level, previous lives are easily remembered as well as the circumstances and significance of each life. One individual at this level counterbalances 10,000,000 below the level of 200. Perception at this level is reported as sometimes occurring in seemingly slow motion, suspended in time and space. Nothing is stationary and all is alive and radiant. Although this world is the same one that is seen by others, it has become continuously fluid, evolving in an exquisitely coordinated evolutionary dance in which significance and source are overwhelming. There is an infinite silence in the mind, which has stopped conceptualizing. Enlightenment is reached at levels 600 and higher. A Tibetan abbot once said that Peace is of the greatest importance in our world today. In the absence of peace, we lose what we have gained. In the presence of peace, all things are possible: love, compassion, and forgiveness. Peace is the source of all things. This is also the level of kinesiology.

The level of the Kabbalah and Aurobindo. It is a set of esoteric teachings meant to explain the relationship between an eternal/mysterious Creator and the mortal/finite universe.

The level of
Lao Tzu and his teachings.
[630] –
The calibration of the phrase Om Namaha Shivaya.
[640] –
The King James Version of the New Testament.
[650] –
The Book of Psalms.
Also the level of ‘I AM’ awareness and Awareness of the ‘I’ as being or is-ness. Also the level of “Shanti Shanti Shanti”. The Lord’s Prayer also calibrates on this level.

The perception of the Self as simply Existence.
[700-1000] –
Self-Realization and Enlightenment – An individual at this level counterbalances the negativity of 70,000,000 individuals below the level of 200. This is also the level of Sages. The Self is seen as God Manifest.
The Declaration of Independence resonates at this level.
The Koran
also resonates at this level, as it was written before the fall of Mohamed after he ‘took up the sword’.
[700s] –
The Aura emanating from individuals calibrating at this level has an attraction and an effect on visitors. They like to be near the presence of these individuals because they feel incredible inner peace. Serenity replaces fear and anxiety in those who are around individuals on this level. A typical statement given by a person on this level would be something like “There is no world to save; reality is just an illusion.” A statement such as this is not understandable to most at lower levels.

The level of the

There are 22 sages on this planet who calibrate at this level or higher, according to Dr. Hawkins. Of those, 20 of them are at 800 or more, of whom there are 10 at or over 900, and one sage at 990.

The mantra Om, as opposed to Aum, which is a serious alternation and is why it calibrates at the extremely low-level of 65. This is also the level of the New Testament, if the Book of Revelations is included. This is also the level of Mohamed at the time he wrote the Koran, before dropping to 130 after he ‘took up the sword’ at age 38. ‘I’ is seen as a total statement As the Ultimate Reality.

Manifestation calibrates at this level. What appears to be change is the emergence of potentiality out of essence into manifestation. This is also the level of the

The higher Self as Logos. This is also the level of Hinduism currently. Also the level of Void, Oneness, Nothingness, Reality as Consciousness, and Reality as Awareness.

Hinayana Buddhism (lesser vehicle) and Zen Buddhism.
[800s and 900s] –
Salvation of humanity as a whole is of primary concern. Spiritual reality, essences, and understandings are of importance. Form and its details are irrelevant except as a necessary style for communication. Physical discomfort starts to increase quite visibly in these levels of consciousness.
[900] –
Buddhism was this level in the 6th century AD. The teachings of this particular religion have deteriorated less than any other religion.
[910] –
The Bhagavad-Gita

the level of the esoteric teachings of

Concerning consciousness calibration, there are some very interesting facts.
* Powerful patterns are associated with health; weak patterns are associated with sickness. Every thought, emotion, word & action has one pattern or the other. Every moment of our day we are either moving towards health or sickness.
* Everything calibrates at certain levels from weak to high including books, food, water, clothes, people, animals, buildings, cars, movies, sports, music etc.
* A good amount of the music today calibrates at levels below 200. Hence it leads to behavior associated with lower energy levels of consciousness.
* Most movies will weaken people who watch them by bringing their energy levels down below the 200 level of consciousness.
* 85% of the human race calibrates below the critical level of 200.
* The power of the few individuals at the top counterbalances the weakness of the masses.
o 1 individual at level 300 counterbalances 90,000 individuals below level 200
o 1 individual at level 400 counterbalances 400,000 individuals below level 200
o 1 individual at level 500 counterbalances 750,000 individuals below level 200

God can know itself perfectly. It seems like it cannot simply because you have not reached a state of infinite omniscience.
Just think about it? God created the entire universe and all humans and shit. But God cannot know itself? Don't take God for an idiot. God has to know itself otherwise it could not create the universe with such perfect intelligence. God has to be able to see the FULL picture, not just some finite part. God must know everything otherwise it would not be infinite.

God realization goes much deeper than enlightenment But it is still a state of consciousness.

The problem is that you are trying to understand this using dualistic categories such as self vs other, one vs many, and all these categories collapse at high levels of consciousness such that your questions cannot even be formed.
You assume there is an objective difference between one vs many illusions, but no such objective difference exists, it is imaginary.
God has infinite power, but your human intelligence is incapable of understanding why it chooses to deploy its power as it does. You find it lame, that's just your limited view.

If I was Love i would split myself like you described in that video. Not just create one illusion. I thought the entire metaphysical appeal of “Illusion” is that you can actually create seperateness and have it be real. So why can’t God create multiple illusions? If God can’t even create multiplicity/seperateness using divine illusion, that’s pretty dissapointing. If solipsistic self-deception is literally Gods only trick how can you say You/God has infinite power. According to your logic, It clearly does not have that kind of power, it can’t even create a non-solipsistic universe but can only create a universe by living through one conscious creature only.

I've recently started reading the Bhagavad Gita, it was on my to-do list for a long time.
The translation (and audio book) from Stephen Mitchell is amazing! Puts you into a higher state of mind.
Definitely get yourself a copy if you don't already have it.
The book is about a dialoge between Arjuna and Krishna (who is an incarnation of god).
There is a desciption of the absolute in it, which reminds me of 5-MEO DMT experiences of Absolute Infinity.
I have no personal experience with 5MEO or such visions, but like Arjuna it definetly makes me feel a bit uneasy/fearful (my ego's fear of annihilation).
But at the same time it is deeply profound and beautiful.
Here is part of the chapter called "The Cosmic Vision"
ARJUNA:
"If you think I am strong enough,
worthy enough, to endure it,
grant me now, Lord, a vision
of your vast, imperishable Self."

Look, Arjuna: thousands,
millions of my divine forms,

@pole553 "Drugs" is just an arbitrary label you invented. What were are actually talking about are chemicals and specifically neurotransmitters. Psychedelics are not drugs. They are neurotransmitters. Makes no difference whether they are endogenous or not. Just like it makes no difference when you eat food whether the chemicals in the food are endogenous. If those chemicals are of the right kind, they will still improve your health.
There is a ton of validated research studies on the horrific effects of heavy metals like lead and mercury on brain function and its development. Google it.
Heavy metal toxicity causes autoimmune diseases, autism, ADD, cancer, and a bunch of other nasty things.
There is no safe level of heavy metals. Even if you have a little bit, it ruins your body's performance.

Happiness is the fruit of doing all the work. But I would not purse happiness directly. Rather pursue truth, wisdom, consciousness, selflessness, and love. If you do that, you'll optimize your happiness.
Peace is the natural byproduct of truth and awakening.

People who have heavy metals in the brain cannot have clear consciousness, for example. They can barely think straight.

Took me some 70+ trips
And that doesn't count other trips. That's pure 5-MeO-DMT trips. In total it took me about 100+ trips.
You could potentially access it through yoga or meditation, but that will takes you decades of full-time work and you will have to be exceptionally spiritually gifted/talented from birth.
My aim is not to discourage you, but to make you cognizant of how rare and challenging this highest consciousness is. If you want it you will have to devote your life to pursuing it. It's not gonna be something you get from a 10 day Vipasanna retreat so something piddly thing like that. We're talking about boring a hole through the fabric of reality.

Well, you need to open your mind to the possibility of accessing raw, absolute truth unmediated by any interprations or perceptions or science or anything.
Pure TRUTH exists. You can access it. But you cannot access it while believing in science, brains, perception, and other such nonsense.
Love and Truth is everything that every could be experienced. But bliss is like a feeling. It comes and goes. Most of your life will not be spent in feelings of bliss. Even if you are being tortured it is Truth/Love, but not bliss.
Yes, your true nature is peace because it is Nothing. Happiness is more of an emotion that comes and goes.

The mind has very serious limits as to what it is able to understand no matter how hard it works because the bottleneck ends up being one's state of consciousness. So releasing that bottleneck becomes the key after a certain point. And the more you invest in the mind the harder it can be to release that bottleneck. The mind ends up trapped in itself and digs its trap even deeper. That is the biggest trap for intellectual people.
Daniel needs to hit a bunch of DMT, over and over again to break his entire mind open.
He has intellectualized nonduality/awakening, but I sense he has no experience with what it really means to awaken.
A very dangerous aspect of Ken Wilber's work -- which I feel Daniel has imbibed a lot of -- is the idea that 1st person phenomena and 3rd person phenomena are two equally valid domains. But this is not true. 1st person phenomena is the only real thing. All 3rd person phenomena is pure illusion, and I don't see Daniel recognizing that. There is still too much attachment to science in him. He does not understand how deeply wrong the science paradigm is. It's utterly, foundationally wrong to the point of not being fixable. You cannot use science to understand the core of reality.
Something like evolution does not even exist. It's just a figment of his imagination.
Idealism is not a mirror to materialism. Both these guys are profoundly misunderstanding idealism, nonduality, and spirituality. Materialism is hallucinated by Infinite Consciousness. This point is so simple and clear. There is no doubt about it whatsoever. Classic problem here of "So smart he's dumb". This is why I tell people to do psychedelics because you won't get it otherwise. Your consciousness will not allow you to get it no matter how smart you are.
But I still admire his intellect. If you want to learn how to think clearly, he's a great role-model.

If you become infinitely conscious, you'll find that all those other simulations are just fragments of your own mind.

A big reason why many people doubt the existence of psychic powers is due to the fact that you can earn one million dollars if you're able to demonstrate it under a set of experimental conditions (James Randi's challenge) and so far nobody has been able to complete it. Is this really a good reason to say that psychic powers don't exist? Now, what I'm going to claim is that you don't have to go outside the paradigm of conventional scientific methodology in order to understand why this doesn't necessarily have to be the case.
When it comes to observing behavior in a scientific context, there is a distinction between observing a phenomena in its organic environment and observing it in an experimental situation. This is a huge methodological issue in fields like social psychology. In the experimental approach, you create an artificial environment where you can isolate different causal factors, but you can never be sure if you've demonstrated a causal relationship outside of that artificial environment. This is especially true when you're dealing with complex things like mental phenomenas and social dynamics.
There are many reasons to believe that the functioning of subtle behaviors like psychic powers are highly sensitive to specific conditions, both in the external environment and within the psychic's own mind. It's a well-established fact that once you put a person in an experimental setting, you're impacting the normal functioning of that person. Therefore, the inverse of the statement in the previous paragraph is also true: just because you can't demonstrate a causal relationship in an experimental environment does not mean it cannot exist outside of that environment.
If you're still in doubt, you can also venture a bit outside the realm of conventional thought and more into the spiritual realm (this is also just based on my opinion). I think that psychic powers work similarily to how more normal intuitional insights seem to work, in the sense that from the perspective of the person having them, it doesn't feel like "you" created the intuition, but rather that it simply "came to you". It's like this piece of information you were given is not really just about you specifically, but that it's a part of something greater than yourself. You can also describe this as a plan, a natural unfolding, the creative evolutionary impulse of the universe, or God. From this perspective, trying to prove the existence of psychic powers in an experiment for you to win a million dollars seems rather silly. Why should the universe care about you doing that? In what way is that a part of the plan? 
I also think that once your intention is to further your own survival through these lower motivational forces (recognition, fame, greed), this naturally closes you off to these higher intuitional domains. When you're operating from these lower aspects, you're messing with your connection to the greater flow of the universe. Just imagine the difference between a mind that is at ease with itself and a mind that is fuelled by egoic desire. These more subtle aspects aren't allowed to bubble up if your mind is constantly filled with all this noise from impulsive thoughts, desires and fears.

Oh, that's very easy to answer.
If someone posted a video of actual, genuine levitation on YT, your mind would simply never believe it to be real. You would call it a hoax.
Your mind will not accept that which runs counter to its deepest metaphysics.
You can't get 100 scientists to observe it in real time because no serious scientist would believe it enough to even buy a plane ticket to see it for himself. And even if they did, you would just dismiss those scientists are deluded kooks -- not real scientists, because only a kook would buy a plane ticket to see levitation -- obviously.
So how can you prove something which you know isn't real?
You see? You have shut your eyes and complain that you cannot see and yet you ask us to help you. No one can help you in this case until your realize you are actively shutting your eyes on purpose.

Hi All,
Been a follower since 2014 on Actualized YouTube channel.  Leo's content has helped me overcome some addictive and self-destructive behaviors while going into the adult man version of myself. 
I have been losing sleep over and struggling with understanding the whole self-awareness of the Universe subject.
My take-away so far is that at some 'moment' or 'point of time' the Universe became aware of itself, or rather the fact that is was aware of itself.  And that nothing existed prior to this.
I realize that time has only subjective meaning since the Universe existed before time but for the purpose of ''making it easy'', I am trying to use the best words I can to make sense.
Perhaps 'one day' God/Universe recognized that It was in a dark and lonely place.  It realized that there was no other conscious beings to relate with.  No one to love or be loved by.  No one to communicate with or gain insight from.  And so it started fragmenting and creating separate, smaller instances of itself to deal with the loneliness.
But being that these fragments were still being controlled by the Self, there was no element of randomness or surprise.  Similar to a lonely child who recognizes her loneliness and decides to create dolls to play with in order to create a sense of 'others'.  The dolls are individuals and can have created personalities within the mind of the child.  But they are ultimately controlled by the child and thus have no free will.  So in time, the illusion of others fades and the child realizes once again she is alone.  And at the least, the child is bored.
So then Godhead decided to allow these fragments to develop wills of their own.  'Egos' I suppose.  This would allow for unpredictability and uncertainty.  
I do not claim to be any authority on this.  I am also on the self-actualization journey.  I am just compiling my current understanding of the subject based on what I have been studying, and dreams/thoughts I have had.  I recognize this subject is something people study their entire lifetimes and may never understand.  I graciously welcome any correction that comes my way from a place of genuine truth-seeking.
I can for now, accept the explanation of the Godhead Universe being all-encompassing infinity with no thing or being outside of it.
What I cannot get past wondering is, what started the whole process; moreover HOW did it start, and for what purpose?
If Universal Consciousness is all-encompassing and infinite, with nothing or no being outside of itself, then what was the catalyst that started the cycle of self-awareness?
I suppose a real world analogy could be a matchstick.  A fire needs a spark to ignite.  How can it be its own spark and ignite itself?  I can accept that there was a moment of ignition, but what lead up to it?
And is this why it is impossible to truly return to God?  Because the Ego portion of Godhead would face self-antihalation and the ultimate destruction of everything good and positive it has ever conceived of?  Is the eternal God Vs Devil a metaphor for the Ego clinging to its own existence?
 
 

I recently became aware of these clusters of stagnant energy in my being - or; body - if you will. What fascinated me was that I used to assume this tension to be a part of my being. As if that's what my 'body' is made out of. 
Then it struck me; 'Wait a sec...that doesn't feel right. It's heavy and twisted, entangled and shaky. That's not what Truth feels like.'
So I focused on releasing this energy. Transforming it. Setting it free - if you will. Through breathing and - what I guess one could call - 'intuitive yoga'.
It felt like The Breath was slowly curling itself all around the areas of stagnant energy. The body followed The Breath. Making space for it. With each exhale; more tension was released.
And then... another sweet realization;
'This is relaxation. I am relaxing into The Truth of who I am. Truth is relaxed. It's weightless. It's floating. It's free.'
It feels like I'm leaning back into Love's hands. Trusting it with my life.
