Look man, you're gambling with your brain. Up to you.

Yes, they contain less mercury than salmon. But if you are eating them every day, it will add up. Stomach absorbs 80% of mercury. Then it gets lodged in your brain.

This is my current meal plan & I don't want to listen to what you're saying. I'm young and healthy & no fish is going to take that away from me.

    I have since learned better.

Fish would be a great protein source if it were not so poisoned with heavy metals.

If you’re paranoid about your health, then avoid it. It’s better safe than sorry I guess -- but who really knows?  Sounds like you're trying to veer on the side of safety. Shrimp, salmon, light-tuna have “low” levels of mercury, so interpret that how you will.

You are crazy if you are putting tuna in your mouth at all. Straight up poison.

If i you do this for some years, it will destroy your mind's ability to think, focus, and meditate.

    What about this Leo :|

If you're gonna eat animal protein, fish is best, then pasture-raised eggs, and lastly pasture-raised meat.

The upside is that your clarity of mind will skyrocket! A lot energy is wasted on digesting the wrong foods.
