It's almost impossible to get fat eating whole meat, veggies, and fruits. Regardless of exercise.
To get fat you need to eat lots of refined carbs, sugars, fats, junk, and sweets.
Fat people are not eating healthy.
My guess is Owen has been eating out at fancy restuarants again, like in his early days. Or just overworking himself and eating junky fast-food. Owen keeps himself so busy that it's probably hard for him to find time for cooking whole foods.

Preety, a former member here, had BPD and it made helping her very difficult because she could not control her emotions. It got so out of hand that eventually I had to ban her. I hope she finds help.

Obviously your DNA mostly doesn't change. Obviously your metaphysical identity as God doesn't change. But I wasn't talking about those. I was talking about your core personality. That also doesn't really change. Your personality is deeply connected to your strengths and values. But your personality requires work to unearth and blossom. So what changes is that you unearth yourself.
And then of course stuff like your mind, your worldview, your beliefs, and your habits can change a lot if you pursue serious growth, development, and life experience.

You can live in a golden castle, but if your physical or mental health is messed up then you might as well be living in hell.

I don't think some of you guys appreciate how hopeless and bad some people's situation is. You can't simply meditate your way out of every situation.

The solution is really simple: God just has to recognize and bask in his own genius.
You have to learn to just bask in reality without needing to share it with everyone. Sharing has become so abused in our age. The best things in life are too profound to share. You just gotta appreciate them for yourself and that's the end of it. Stop looking for some external validation of beauty -- that is the game of fools.
You experience a great thing and you appreciate it quietly to yourself. That's it. It ends there. No pomp, no talk. Make that your spiritual practice.

But you are swimming in murky waters my friend. Waves of sexual energy will come and go, erections, carnal desire, all of these things. But..
Think of the life experience that led a prostitute to where she is now. Think of how she must feel not knowing who you are, not knowing who it could be behind the number, and not knowing who the next guy will be after you... Only ever really knowing that this is what it takes for her to survive.

I’m serious, and fuck anyone that says otherwise. I had a serious mental and emotional block, I knew game but I could never pull because of my virginity and fear around sex. One day I just got up and went to a brothel and got it over with. That created an experiential shift. The very next week, I pulled and slept with 2 “normal” girls.
One of the best, and simplest fixes I ever did. 

just do it. observe yourself. verify if your suffering will go away. verify if your suffering will grow. have your direct experiences because these are the only ones that bring you true wisdom.

You basically stumble from one thing to another. And that is completely understandable. I lost my virginity to a prostitute. And right now I even think about pickup sometimes, just as a demonstration of what is possible for me in life. I think that the biggest problem is that you make it a big problem. Do whatever you want to do. You can have sex with a hooker or do pickup. Maybe you will enjoy it or maybe you won't. Sometimes learning a lesson means to make a mistake. Because, let's face it, the greatest emotions when having sex probably will happen when you find someone who really cares about you. Intimacy is all that matters. Realize that we just live in a fucked up world, where sex is made a bigger thing than it actually is. Biologically it means to reproduce. In our society it became a status. Advertisement exploits sex to the max. Each blockbuster movie includes at least one sexy woman. Even the way that women dress is just a sexual overdose. We don't respect small cup sizes. They have to use push up bras to show the world that they have something to offer. Biologically it means, that a woman uses a push up bra to raise the chance of getting fertilized. 

Don't worry about it. Just start approaching. You can play around with strippers and escorts on the side, just don't make it your main pursuit. Your virginity is irrelevant.

Of course I will have to give up the substances, and I will. Psychedelics probably not, rarely use them though, and only for self-inquiry and contemplation. Rarely use any substance nowadays, I was much crazier a few years ago when it came to stuff like that. Had a few benzos lying around and I thought that it could just loosen me up a little, I don't get a rush from those pills. Thinking about it now, I don't think the benzos or the little vodka did anything to help me today. It more likely made it much harder to cum. Did felt like I came close a few times though.
But even though I couldn't finish, I learned that being intimate is so incredible and shouldn't be feared. Sure, she was a prostitute but we kissed passionately and our bodies felt connected, and it was worth every penny to cross that mental barrier to prove to myself that I can enjoy intimacy. To erase that background noise in my head that keeps telling me to give up on girls altogether because it's too late. Feel so calm today. 
I'm going to aim for a clean organic lifestyle and diet. Natural euphoria from exercising, meditating and rock climbing which I absolutely love. I need to love myself more in order to attract love. I have a lot to work on the coming months.
Also moved to a new city a few months ago and already starting to expand my social circle. Sure, they're all worlmk buddies, one of them is an ex-colleague though but he keeps in touch from time to time and have been invited to his party this weekend. And I've been hanging out with two girls from work the past month, we've really bonded and share everything together, every little secret. Even been asked by one of them to come and hang out with her and her friends. She's fond of me but only as friends. Even went totally out of my comfort zone a month ago or so and asked a cashier for her number, she told me she had a boyfriend, I told her that's fine give it anyway and she did and I checked out, it was a real number. More or less just practicing to see if I have the courage to cold approach women and go past the I have a boyfriend comment.
Oh, and I'm not recommending that virgins go out and have sex with prostitutes. Just because I feel there's nothing wrong with it and I had a great experience, doesn't mean you won't regret it. Truly think carefully if you decide to go down that route.

@8Ball this is not a complete analysis. i've never been a good player in the game of attraction. i'm too skinny and my looks aren't great. i barely have enough money to live well. i don't own a car. i don't even own a decent smartphone because they're too expensive for me.
there's an interesting kind of woman that's interested in virtues. yes, they're pretty rare. but they're highly attracted to honesty and to your ability to work hard towards improving your life. this is the kind of woman that's worth marrying and spending the rest of  your life with. the kind of woman that you'd want to grow and build a family with.
emotional barriers? she will be with you as long as you're sincere. sex is not feeling good enough? she'll be open to talk and understand what's not feeling right. flaws? she'll open up about those and will be willing to improve herself.
it can always grow deeper. it can always grow infinitely deeper.

Don't overanalyze things. There are 3 things that make you more attractive to women: Game, looks, and money. 
Improve at any or all of those and you become more attractive to women. You have known this since Middle School.

Yes, but the man needs to have his sexual needs met. In other words you can have a bunch of platonic female friends as long as you got at least one girl who you're sleeping with and happy with. But if you are starved for sex you can't just have female friends because you will start acting too weird and needy with them and ruin the friendships.
So start by getting yourself laid. Then you can build up a circle of platonic female friends if you want. And it would be a good idea to do so because they can introduce you to more hot girls.

Only mature men and women can be friends. If one of them is immature it will eventually lead to problems. That's why, usually, you see a distinct divide between boys and girls in high school. In university it's a little less. And if everything went well and both the man and the woman have matured they can work, and be friends, as equals when they are adults. 
Of course some people never grow up, even when they reached the adult age. So things like jealousy, power games, lust and possesiveness come into play and destroy the possible friendship.

Girls are almost never alone. You must approach them in groups. You must even approach if she is with boyfriend or husband.

You gotta grow serious balls to approach well.
