If you are experienced enough to change the battery so you have a full capacity, yes. Changing a battery in phones these days is a pain in the ass.

I've heard Europe passed a bill for all new phones to have a mandatory removable battery to allow for basic maintenance work and reduce electronic waste and elongate smartphone life use

Not sure how accurate am I on this

  2. @Jason Actualization maybe, but no one knows what's really possible, and believing it's not possible is what actually kills the entire experiment in the first place

It's not like it's a waste of time, it can be done anywhere, any time with minimal effort, and the posture benefits are clear. Once it becomes second nature, time will tell the results.

Besides the "science" they laid out, I do understand that bones absolutely recycle themselves, through numerous cycles,  in a span of 8 years, and also bone remodeling is a well researched natural biological phenomenon of bone breakdown and regeneration. Bones also can become denser with weightlifting.

The conclusion is that bones are clearly not static. The question is how much will the vacuum pressure inside the mouth affect the aesthetics of the facial structure, but who cares anyways, I do it be because it's a nice habit stacker and posture reminder , that makes you feel you're working on yourself second by second, and it creates a positive upwards spiral of adding more positive habits

Check out Wolff's law. It states that bone adapts its structure to the mechanical loads placed upon it.

Pd: also creating a vacuum by sucking the air out of your mouth and " sucking  the tongue to the roof of your mouth " is the proper posture for meditation as well. I always wondered what do I do with the jaw for minimal effort

  3. absolute best hollistic resource on what to actually do about the sedentary consequences of chronic technology use :

move trough a range of different positions

get creative! you can frankenstein all of this yourself with home supplies. No need to spend hundreds or thousands on fancy stuff.

I have a 3 cm inch foam puzzle carpet and adjustable desk. its super knee friendly. I spend my day crawling, sitting on my knees japanese style, stretching hip flexors and lower back, etc. Break free of the conservative desk/chair cliche  ! specifically at your home base.

my personal fave is cobra pose with laptop in front . It's literally the best workout for the antagonistic muscles.

posture and sedentary lifestyle have been a bottle neck for my productivty for a long time .i burnt out my back in my teens by playing videogames for 16 hours per day for years

  4. I've heard from an male fitness influencer something like 90% of his following and attention is other dudes

Imo everything has a degree of art, which can be more or less.

Arnold literally looked like a Greek sculpture. We all agree sculptures are art. You marvel at its aesthetics

Now imagine if the Greeks managed to create bring the actual sculpture of Hercules to life as a real human. That was Arnold. It clearly is art

I remember a few years ago when I was in the best shape of my life I would flex at marvel at how my muscles felt and looked in the mirror every day, and how clothes ( lol)

Rap music and boxing are art. It's just lower consciousness and more brutal

Videogames are art, that is clear. Programmers are artists. Singers are vocal athletes. Dancers are athletes.

Athletes nowadays are artists imo. It's just a lesser degree and less pure art.

You're playing games with artificial rules and you're performing in artificial competition.

It's just it's mixed with ego, fame, and Survival . It's the art that our society most understands because it games and competition are simple and hardwired into our psyche.

More pure art = less ego, less tied up with survival, more done for its own sake

Different people are capable of appreciating art at different degrees

  5. Bodybuilding is mostly just that : building the body.

At It's core it's Art, and Love for aesthetics . Love for symmetric proportions.

Those pictures are at it's essence just art. It's capturing a single moment. The pump with the lighting and the body oil and the pose and the cutting etc.

Just many people do it for the wrong reasons, ego, insecurity, a crutch for your self esteem, thinking it's healthy...

There are plenty of ways of healthy exercise that don't give you big muscles.

  6. @Leo Gura I was wondering for the longest time why does he wear super deep neck shirts that look like he is trying to show cleavage, it doesn't look ideal imo

After careful observation of endless  Owen content it turns out it's because he has this thing where he starts interactions with girls in clubs by whipping out his man boob in their  face which causes ideally causes them to laugh uncontrollably
