  1. Have you ever "tried" to allow your body free movement expression? 

    Your body is very intelligent and knows how to heal your tensions and stress. That happens when you let go control. The body might shake or dance or sit in a normal yoga position.

    Could be a valid option.

    Most of the times sitting meditation is not the best thing because maybe your body just needs to dance to exhaustion or performing gentle movements like Taichi. The important thing is allowing and not performing with will and effort !

So I sit and after a few moments of silence I notice a point of presure in my upper chest, somethimes in my throat, third eye, stomach etc. I´ve been practicing the technique at least 30 minutes every day, and while the sensations move, change, and sometimes even feel like they are released, they only feel partly so. However, instead of minutes, it can sometimes take up to two hours if not more time - at a time- to get the release - which is nothing like the experience described above, but a slight momentary feeling of less preasure in the part of the body, before the general tension moves somewhere else or goes back. As I said, I sit alone with no distractions and try to  put the focus of my attention on the specific point in my body where I feel some sort of energy or tension; there are times when it simply feels like tension, at others, the sensation takes an emotional flavour, and some others I´ve gotten flashbacks into my past - memories I had forgoten come baack up. There are times when I have felt a lot better, yet, I´m not sure if this is working properly, since the same thoughts and emotions are still there, and the actual changes in my state and mood could be attributed, not to the technique itself, but simply to time and the natural course of thing - take into account I´m getting over a break up, so I hoped this thing would make the nasty expereince go away somwehat faster.
    I guess I want to know some of you guys´ opinions, commentaries and experiences with the letting go technique, perhaps some pointers, insights and or alternatives so that I can heal, not only my broken heart, but the rest of my emotional issues.

    Letting go is not a technique. 

    Every technique requires a doer/effort and therefore tension.

    Let go of letting go also.

    Today i did my first 5meo dmt experience. 

    A lot of anxiety before the trip.  Most of the emotional chaos comes from reading too much stuff online. It's good to know a few things for precaution.

    My aim was to test the effect of the substance within a Kundalini energy process so I started very slow with what I think were 3mg. Very difficult to say if the dosage was precise probably much less. 

    I loaded the oil pipe with this minuscule quantity. "This is not going to do anything, it's too little to have an effect" 

    Somehow I managed to light the pipe in a very horrible and clumsy way (fuk**g  difficult technique for a newbie) . Some vape escaped the pipe so I decided to  inhale whatever was in it.

    The effect started immediately like when  you stand up very fast and feel you are going to faint. But nothing violent 

    So I was laying down on my bed. Heart started racing fast, I was pretty comfortable with it, detatched from the fear and anxiety. The thought about puking (without the feeling of it) came up and started a little to panic but decided to say "ok  if it happens it happens I am still lucid and can control my body" 

    All the contractions started to manifest very intensely and clearly,my bladder and perineum were very dense and contracted .. some ittle shaking happened but not much. 

    The rest of the time I spent it by being aware of the physical knots and contemplating sensations.

    Nothing special or big happened.Obviously I took a ridiculous dose but I would never thought that such tiny shitty miniscule crumbs could have such an effect. 

    I will upgrade slowly slowly this journey and see where it takes along with better technique.

    Sorry, I know it is nothing special what I wrote but Its a big step for me and feel good to share it. 

    I am positive that It could help with a breakthrough at the right dosage.

    The food I have eaten has never affected my 5 MEO Trips. Yous ay, you eat veggies, so that should be fine.

    Take it easy. Don't freak out regardless. You should be fine.

    If you are making a solo trip, I would say watch out for the dosage.  

    Start with lower instead of aiming for a breakthrough for the first timer.

    Yes thanks for the precaution. 

    I will definitely start low as I do not want to create a disaster with my current Kundalini process. I'll just take 3mg with an oil pipe and see what happens and the  slowly slowly upgrading

    I will soon do my first 5 meo DMT experience. 

    Just curious about the diet preparation. I have read many different opinions about what kind of food and the duration of the diet. 

    I am really not willing to do a 2 or 1 month diet. Is it really necessary such a long period of time? 

    My diet does not include meat or fish. I eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. Sometimes carbos like pasta or bread. but not low quality. Unfortunately bread is not a super good wheat sometimes. 

    I am skipping breakfast and drinking only a cup of warm water with honey and then a cup of good coffee.

    Cheese is just occasionally on my plate and not in large quantities. 

    Sugar sometimes chocolate after lunch or dinner.

    My plan was to cut carbos and cheese for one week before the 5 meo and fasting more or less 15 hours the day before.

    How do you handle this aspect? Do you really go that strict for 2 months diet ?
