    Thanks Razza for your comment again. Agree with what you say regarding free will. It is something that I have always sensed but it is difficult for us to accept, but ultimately everything that happens is by the will of God. Not from the will of an ego that believes itself to be God hehehe... This text that you posted helps me refresh concepts, we "human beings" tend to forget what we learned, and fill those forgotten spaces with biases and as you well say with dishonesty to make us feel better. So is always good to refresh those ideas continually and keep that ego under control.

    You cannot discern because that thing you want to understand goes beyond your comprehension. That’s how the delusion gets created and the world gets created too. 
     

    Because you are that thing you are looking for. And you because you are one thing you cannot experience yourself. You need to create ideas that you are separated. There’s objects etc others persons, that you were born etc etc 

     

    You will never discern or understand with the mind or logic. It only can be revealed by an epiphany or some experience that will give you a glimpse of what you are.

    You are what you are looking for.

    Humans have a will of relationship, or you can say a dual will, the will of their individual identity, and then then will of the collective will all around them. 

    Examples of lack of human will

    1. You literally as a human cannot move your hand with your own will. You do not consciously control your neurological system, it functions on it own. That is why if it messes up you can't consciously go inside and fix it, (another human can attempt to repair it but if you know anything about medicine, medicine is the facilitation of healing of the body. The body is what heals you NOT the medicine. The medicine is supposed to HELP the body heal itself. So again, medicine is INFLUENCE and that means its ability to exert control is in RELATIONSHIP to something. But notice, the BODY determines if you heal or not, NOT THE MEDICINE. So again...the human doesn't actually have control.

    2. So what heals the body? GOD. What gives the human the inspiration to make a medicine. GOD. 

    3. So upon investigation you discover, you don't have direct control over anything as a human. You might say but what about my decisions, I make decisions!!! You make decisions based on your level of intelligence which is based on the collective intelligence of your body, which you did not consciously choose as a human. Your culture, which you did not choose. Your life experiences and how you interpret them which you do not choose because interpretation ability is based on what you were given from birth. 

    4. So again... you see, your life is based on influence!!! Everything that has ever influenced you, YOU NEVER CHOSE!!! All you can do as a human is make the best of the cards you were dealt, and your ability to do that is based upon how honest you are because honesty is SELF-CLARITY and allows you to see clearly.

    5. The only control a human has, is the ability to be honest. So your superpower, is TRUTH!!! Truth and alignment with truth, maximizes the cards you were dealt with and anything less is suboptimal. 

    And that is all that is going on here.

    The “I am” is existence, basically God. I am means I exist. It’s not a self. 

    (But everything I say it’s just words trying to explain what can’t be said explained.)

    So there’s a big I am that is God and inside this I am, you can find the little egos that also think they are and have existence separated from the big I am.

    There’s no me or self means those little I am really don’t exist, they are just manifestations of the big One. God, I am or whatever you wanna call it.

    For my those are concepts. We create the duality. If there was no duality we wouldn't be talking about nothing and everything. We can know there's nothing because we know everything. But the reality is oneness... everything has nothing included.

    In Buddhism they call it the Big Mind and the small mind.

    The Big Mind being what creates all appearances and the small minds the characters we play inside that Big Mind. 
     

    The cosmic joke is that the small minds are really the Big Mind who disguises itself to experience itself. As a unity it cannot know itself.

    Well if that’s all … I am enlightened because I think that’s the case.

    But sometimes I see in the forum people talking about seeing the void, dissolving into it, that your idea of the self disappears. That didn’t happen to me yet.

    The closest I was happened once where I didn’t know who I was and I was falling in a black hole while I was asleep. But I wasn’t ready to not remember who or what I was, and I had an episode I ended in the hospital. After that I couldn’t think well, I forgot things almost immediately and I had to go to therapy. They diagnosed me with depression.
     

    Losing my identity was like the worst nightmare. I wish it happens again with what I know now. Not sure if that’s the void everyone is talking about.

    THAT is you, who wanted to experience what is to have a predictable life, going to work, having to eat, getting sick, being vulnerable, and then feeling tired and going to sleep.

    It's not a machine, is just you that you are the creator of everything, you are God, the universe, that, consciousness, Jehova, Allah, Brahman... whatever you wanna call yourself.

    Even if it doesn't get me any closer to enlightenment, It helps me be more aware of my thoughts and emotions so I can analyze my behavior and make better decisions. I can also feel my senses and emotions much more clearly which really improves the quality of my day to day life. It is really enjoyable to sit in bliss for a couple hours a day and leaves you feeling better after in a way that dopamine hits don't. 

    Yes, I think that was the meditation. It was long time ago. You had to lay on the floor to do it. I think … it was long time ago but I remember the sensations.

    I agree with you, in the end everything we do is a step towards enlightenment even if sometimes it doesn’t seem so.
