Learning = Behavior Change: Key Points

If you want to do advanced personal development, if you want the one missing link between what you've been doing and massive results. It's this. You must always ask yourself how your behavior will change from what you've learned. There is a world of difference between learning a piece of knowledge versus asking yourself how you will apply that knowledge in your life. It takes thought and a bit of discipline to see the connection between a new piece of information and the repercussion it will have on your life. It helps a great deal to articulate that change.

Always be asking yourself, "What did I learn?", "How will my behavior change now?", "What did I learn about myself?", "What did I learn about how I learn?"

After you finish reading a book, always ask yourself, "What did I learn?" and by this you really mean, "How will my behavior change?"
